There was no parking near the hotel. Transferring the luggage from the car to the hotel required parking in the middle of the street and carrying them up the stairs, to the hotel entrance. Inside the hotel awaited many more stairs to climb. Hard for seniors and small children. The bathtub was rusty and the toilet sit was broken. The hotel advertises short walking distance to the spa hotel. On arrival we found out that the distance is calculated from the new section of the hotel, but our rooms were located in the old section, which is quite far from the new section (and also has smaller rooms). Maybe this is fine when the weather is hot, but coming over in April meant that the temperatures were quite low and the longer distance became problematic. Not at all what is expected from a Danubius hotel.

There is a writing that the spa in Hotel Danube spa is included, but at the reception was said that it's not included in the price, but they would give us tickets for two days, anyway. There was an intention to give the deposit for the bathrobes when there's a number of the Credit card with the cvc code on the booking note. There should be more not sweet and greasy things for breakfast.

We liked the friendliness of the staff and the fact that they were able to communicate in either English or German. The terrace is very nice for sitting out, as long as nobody smokes.

We didn't like the fact that there were so many stairs to climb, not just a few but lots and lots, also inside the building, in order to get to the non-smoking rooms. We did not like the fact that we had to remind them to change the towels. We knew that they only do it every 5 days, but we waited six, and nothing happened. The quality of the towels is extremely poor. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is minute.

no parking and false advertising about their own water area. it does not exist. there is parking nearby. the hotel is in need of renovation to update.

The pass for the Danubius wealth center

Hotel staff are very very friendly, hotel is very clean, quiet, excellent location and plus all of that- you get free enter to wellness and sauna. Great, hardly wait for another visit to the same hotel.

Довольно скромный завтрак, и полотенца меняют через 3 дня.

отлично расположен, рядом с озером, все рядом. персонал дружелюбен и готов помочь.

заказ пакета мед.процедур потерял смысл. из 15 процедур дали только 3 грязи в данубисе (проще оплатить их отдельно), т.к. нет возможности больше. по сравнению с прошлым годом ситуация ухудшилась (теперь или талончики на посещение данубиша или медкарта, но при этом в данубише дают только ключ без полотенца и т.д.). горячая часть завтраков оставляет желать лучшего (бекон пережарен и т.п.). по-прежнему Wi-Fi только в холле.

Доброжелательное отношение персонала, готовность помочь в решении любых вопросов. Хорошие полноценные завтраки. Очень важно, что в стоимость проживания входит возможность пользования велнесцентром соседним 4х звездочным отелем. Очень понравилось.Вполне ,вероятно, что в следующем году остановлюсь там же.

Возможность слышать разговоры в соседнем номере.

Tres bien situé pres du centre des thermes ,du lac et un billet gratuit par jour pour profiter des bains thermaux,bon petit déjeuner!
