The rooms are spacious and have personality, the furniture is nice all together is not cheep I didnt like that I had to pay for the internet and for the parking separately |

Good 4 stars service, friendly staff, good spa Restaurant cousine is horrible, waiters couldn't speak english, poor breakfast, check-out time is so early (10.00 AM), Room service doesn't work after 7.00 AM till 11.00 PM |

The hotel is calm and unobtrusive; the facilities are very good and the general locality pleasant.It is much more appropriate to modern conditions than the hotels in the centre of town. |

Extremely polite, helpful and professional staff. A luxurious hotel. Best value for money I have experienced. Excellent swimmimg, sauna etc. Not as close to the center of Debrecen as I thought (30 min walk) but good tram service and taxis reasonable. No internet access other than wireless at weekend. |

The ambience (surroundings and atmosphere) magnificent. Furniture and decor absolutely gorgeous. One could have been in a Palace ! Service...Breakfast was bedlam, total confusion, no one in charge it seemed. No tea pot / coffee pot for B/fast table etc....In Room, no kettle to boil water, no tea/coffee bags, milk. My suggestion, visit K&K Hotel in Budapest, their service is second to none. |

The staff, the desing, the little spa. The matress is very very hard and the individual bed is very small (around 80-90cm). You have to book the room in "booking" because it is more cheaper than in the hotel rate, I think that it is not normal if we are usually clients. |

good breakfast, nice staff, even if it's not outstanding there's good value for the money you are paying. It worths not easy reachable, even with the navigator but this is also due to some street works. |

a wellness részleg kiváló, ritkán találkozni 25 méteres medencével szálloda földszintjén általában minden más. Ízlés dolga, de nálam a design hotel jelleg nem nyert, a finoman szólva is eklektikus berendezés miatt. A reggeli választéka váratlanul alacsony volt, sajnálom. A relativitás szabályai szerint az ember a csillagok számához viszonyítva értékel. |

Velmi příjemné prostředí, pestré vybavení hotelu pro business, sport i relax, čistota, srdečný personál, breakfast bufet výborný..., jiné stravovací služby jsem nestihnul při krátkém pobytu využít V hotelu 5* by měl být high speed internet v základní nabídce, nikoliv jako rozšířená/placená služba |

Igényes épület -Az építészeti és belsőépítészeti tervezés meglehetősen "eklektikus". A kávézó/bár utcai bejáratának nincs szélfogója, ezért hideg időben kellemetlen; a helyiség teljes egészében dohányzó. Az étteremben zavaró az állandó sportközvetítéseket mutató plazmatévé - ez nem illik egy 5 csillagos hotelhez (, aki ilyesmire vágyik, járjon sportkocsmákba..). Reggelinél (szombaton) a kenyér- és péksütemény-választék mindössze "Kádás.kori 3.60-as" kenyéből és vizeszsemléből állt, kérdésre, hogy van-e esetleg teljes kiőrlésű pékáru az a válasz érkezett, hogy "szombat van"... Ez elképesztő egy 5 csinllagos hotelben! (Megjegyzem: a hotellel szemben álló Coop-üzletben azon a reggelen 8 féle barna, ill. teljes kiőrlésű kenyeret lehetett kapni...) |

La localisation de l'hôtel. Je connais Debrecen pour y avoir suivi plusieurs fois et je tenais à être près du bois. La possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur. La gentillesse de la femme de chambre. Le fait qu'il ait remplacé le superbe parc qui existait avant à cet emplacement. Le fait que le personnel de la réception ne semble pas tout à fait à l'aise dans une langue autre que le hongrois. Pour un hotel 5 étoiles, je m'attends à un accueuil beaucoup plus "international". Aussi, la chambre n'était pas avec un grand lit (nous avons dû attendre la modification)alors que cela avait été bien précisé lors de la réservation sur Internet; on a eu l'air de ne pas avoir du tout tenu compte de ce que j'avais demandé ( "chambre tranquille", "étage haut"). Je trouve aussi la décoration un peu kitch, en particulier l'extérieur, et l'amenagement intérieur pas du tout design (de nouveau, pas très à niveau avec les 5 étoiles attribuées) |
