Friendly reception staff. Good location. Good breakfast. Room was dirty, especially bathroom. Maybe I just was out of luck. I stayed in this hotel last year and everything was fine.

Good location and nice personal. As the hotel in reality consists of two hotels it was a rather long and a bit complicated walk to the breakfast room.

Mikor megérkeztünk nem találták a foglalásunkat, de nagyon kedvesek voltak, és elrendeztük a dolgot. A szálloda nagyon jó helyen van, kényelmes és nem túl drága. When we arrived they did not find our reservation. The front office was very kind and we solved the problem. The hotel is well situated, confortable and not so expensive. A vendégkör kissé zavaró volt. A szálloda személyzetének lenne a feladata, hogy a folyosón ne focizzanak, és hogy a tiltás ellenére ne ugráljanak a 1,5m mély medencébe. Other guests were disturbing a little. It would the duty of the hotel staff to deny playing football at the corridors and to jump into the 1,5m deep water.

Lokalizacja: cisza,spokój,obok parku,widok na miasto,tylko przez park na kąpielisko termalne .Miła obsługa.Bardzo dobre śniadania i duży wybór . W łazience wymieniłabym baterie: wannową i umywalkową z 2 pokrętłami ,na obsługiwane przez jedną dźwignię przesuwaną w lewo i prawo. Reszta OK.

Bardzo ładny hotel w częsci Park Eger, sniadania dobre w ładnej , stylowej restauracji mieliśmy pokoj z oszlonym balkonem, co powodowalo duchotę w pokoju, zimą ten pokój byłby ok, latem zbyt ciepły...

Közel a belváros, karácsony előtt nagyon hangulatos Eger. A wellnes részleg nem túl nagy, rengeteg ember zsúfolódik össze rossz idő esetén. Az étterem kicsi volt, nem szeretek idegenekkel egy aszalhoz ülni is most kénytelen voltam.
