Hotel Ersebet was okay, just some of the stafff didn't speak english much and then they didn't even try to help or understand.. but few of them who spoke english were nice to me. Room was really nice, big bed and bath tube and minibar and french balcony ! Beauty and wellness is not so great and solarium is fake so i recommend to use this services in some other place. And that some of the staff didn't speak english and were rude. Breakfast was terrible, and i didn't order any food here... good restaurants are near though !

They gave us large 2 room suite for standard price booked. We decided to stay 2 nights. Andrea was very nice and helpful regarding all our needs. Right near the entrance to the hot lake and in center of the activity. Very nice place to stay. Girl at reception morning of Aug 8, 2011 was not very nice. Charged us 3 Euro for parking in area we were told was free.

Das Hotels war gleich im Bereich der Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Restaurants- und Kaffeehäuser und des Thermalbades. das Essen war unter jeder Kritik.Das Hotel würde ich nur unter der Bedingung dort nicht zu essen, weiterempfehlen.

Příjemný personál, centum města, docházková vzdálenost do termálních lázní, garážování v podzemních garážích nebyla dodržena objednaná a požadovaná konfigurace nebylo zajištěno parkování v podzemní garáži, pokoj nebyl klidný - nad bus nádražím, nebyly manželské postele

Ausgezeichnete Lage in ruhiger Gasse im Zentrum, 3 Gehminuten zu den Eingängen vom Kurbad und Badeteich. Nette Terasse, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. PKW-Garageplätze im Keller (€ 7,-/Tag). Hauseigenes Kur- U. Wellness-Angebot (nicht getestet). Kleine Sauna, Dampfbad, Jacuzzi kostenlos im Haus (vorher rechtzeitig zum Vorheizen einschalten lassen!) nur bis 21.00 H. Hinterer B-Trakt mit grossen 2-Raum Apartements etwas älter aber gemütlich, sauber und geräumig. Mit € 80,- für 2 Pers. Inkl. Frstk.Buffet (im 3 Tages-Angebot zur Hoch/Vorsaison) angemessen. Im vorderen A-Trakt Zimmer Blick auf die ruhige, nette Gasse bzw. Zum Innenhof mit Wellnessbereich. Empfehlenswert: Bauernmarkt jeden Die U. Samstag Vormittag, Balaton in nujr 7 km, grösste buddhist. Stupa Europas ca. 12 km nördlich bei Zalaszantos. Kommen gerne wieder!

Nagyon kedvező helyen található (város központ), kellemes a kiszolgálás, elfogadható az árszint. Kicsit zavaró, hogy az A és B szárnyban azonos szobaszámozások találhatók. Ez néha keveredést okozott.
