Et holtel, som man absolut ikke kan anbefale til nogen gæster, som medbringer et mindre dyr. Vi havde vores lille hund med på 6 kg. Hotellet ønskede pr. Nat 20 euros x med 3 overnatninger. Det finder vi er rent bondefangeri. Vi har rejst overalt I Europa med den lille hund, og vi har højst betalt en enkelt gang 5 euros. Men at forlange ca. 450,00 kr. For et lille kæledyr er usamgeligt. Ligeledes betalte vi for 100 minutter internettid 16 euros. Vi fik besked på at huske at lokke ud. Det gjorde vi hver gang. Men alleligevl fik vi lukket efter meget kort tid. Det er rent bondefangeri, og vi klagede til hotellet. Men man ønskede at man igen skulle købe et kort til internettet for 16 euros, fordi man påstod, at vi ikke havde lokket ud. Usandt! Det er vel heller ikke rimeligt at udleje, når der foregår vejarbejde med nye brosten lige udeforan hotellet vel? Det var til stor gene for gæsterne.Der burde være fri internet uden betaling, som det er for de fleste hoteller. Ejheller er det rimeligt at betale 20 euros for et mindre kæledyr. Nye gultæpper overalt på gange og værelser, er hårdt tiltrængt. De var direkte uhumske! |

Et fint hotel, som ligger utroligt centralt i Pest. Personalet er smilende og hjælpsomt. Værelserne er ok - især til prisen. |

The hotel was very clean and was in a perfect location. Although the price paid was not the same price as quoted on booking.com. |

The location is excellent and the price (80€ 2 nights twin room) was a very good deal. Recomended! Do not expect an extra luxury hotel! The rooms are small and the hotel a kind of old, but excellent price/location compromise. |

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was really great, lots to eat. Hotel quite central to underground & within walking distance to various places, especially the huge market which is well worth a visit. |

I did not experince anything bad but this hotel is certainly not secure. We could not lock our room door inside and when I informed them about the situation they replied me back that all the Danubis Hotels' system is the same and they couldn't do anything. I wish I hadn't booked this hotel. |

Perfect breakfast, location and room. Bathroom was clean, but old and out of fashion and it needs reconstruction. Problem was, that they were offering breakfast including on the internet, but wasn't true, because we had to pay for it. |

quiet central position Very comfortable,hotel. Breakfasts excellent and good value. Staff helpful.I would readly recommend to the hotel to others It would have been helpful to be able to book airport transfer with the hotel at a resonable cost |

Being a member of the Danubius Hotel group the staff are well trained and courteous Certainly value for money and probably underrated as a three star hotel. The Erzsebet is central to all major tourist attractions and a short walking distant to undground and tram stops. |

The hotel was reasonably priced, it had an excellent breakfast buffet, it was comfortable, clean and centrally located. I truly can't think of anything negative about this hotel.. there was a lot of street construction directly in front of the hotel but it appeared to be almost completed when we left and will be an asset to the hotel when it is completed. It was not terribly inconvenient. |

Some of the Hotel staff were helpful. The hotel is clean, the rooms spacious for Europe. There were road works happening right outside the hotel, and there was a plank of wood across the road connecting to the pavement which was unsturdy and appeared unsafe.At the time of the stay our trip had the Gellert spa use included which booking.com and the hotel had arranged, however when we went to the spa they had no details about this, so I had to spend about a hour to sort out this problem with staff which did waste time at the time of our visit, and did cause me some frustration |

The location to many restaurants, including Vaci Utca. It was accesible to the Danube, and the promenade, and the metro was reached without too much walking. Maybe a little more variety in the breakfast offerings--though the amount was certainly generous. |

The Hotel is in the City centre and within easy reach at the end of the day, which is important, in my opinion, for someone on holiday. Also very clean and quiet. Would surely use the Hotel again on another visit to Budapest and recommend it to my friends. |
