Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was really great, lots to eat. Hotel quite central to underground & within walking distance to various places, especially the huge market which is well worth a visit. |

I did not experince anything bad but this hotel is certainly not secure. We could not lock our room door inside and when I informed them about the situation they replied me back that all the Danubis Hotels' system is the same and they couldn't do anything. I wish I hadn't booked this hotel. |

Perfect breakfast, location and room. Bathroom was clean, but old and out of fashion and it needs reconstruction. Problem was, that they were offering breakfast including on the internet, but wasn't true, because we had to pay for it. |

Being a member of the Danubius Hotel group the staff are well trained and courteous Certainly value for money and probably underrated as a three star hotel. The Erzsebet is central to all major tourist attractions and a short walking distant to undground and tram stops. |

The hotel was reasonably priced, it had an excellent breakfast buffet, it was comfortable, clean and centrally located. I truly can't think of anything negative about this hotel.. there was a lot of street construction directly in front of the hotel but it appeared to be almost completed when we left and will be an asset to the hotel when it is completed. It was not terribly inconvenient. |

Some of the Hotel staff were helpful. The hotel is clean, the rooms spacious for Europe. There were road works happening right outside the hotel, and there was a plank of wood across the road connecting to the pavement which was unsturdy and appeared unsafe. At the time of the stay our trip had the Gellert spa use included which booking.com and the hotel had arranged, however when we went to the spa they had no details about this, so I had to spend about a hour to sort out this problem with staff which did waste time at the time of our visit, and did cause me some frustration |

The location to many restaurants, including Vaci Utca. It was accesible to the Danube, and the promenade, and the metro was reached without too much walking. Maybe a little more variety in the breakfast offerings--though the amount was certainly generous. |

The Hotel is in the City centre and within easy reach at the end of the day, which is important, in my opinion, for someone on holiday. Also very clean and quiet. Would surely use the Hotel again on another visit to Budapest and recommend it to my friends. |

Perfect location right in the centre of town. The rooms were comftortable and pleasantly decorated, the bathroom was also good and equiped with hairdryer which is always a bonus for me. The aircon worked but wasn't too noisy. A good 3* hotel. And really cheap - 50euro p/night but guess the price was due to roadworks outside There were roadworks outside that went on from 9 o'clock till evening. So noisy that it was impossible to have the window opened. With window closed it was all right. But who comes to budapest to stay in the hotel during the day? Not me so it really didn't botter me that much but guess it could be a nuisance to some. |

Very good location, friendly staff, all the modern conveniencies, very good breakfast. There was some renovation works nearby the hotel on the street and our car we parked there appeared to be covered with dust in the morning. Though, hopefully it is just for a short period of time. Rooms for smokers do not smell good, we were given such category of rooms at the beginning, in spite of ticket the box "non-smoking" in our reservation. But after we reported this fact to the administrator, he kindly provided us with the keys to another rooms immediately. |

The location of the hotel was perfect, but the carpets were dirty and sheets did not seem clean because they had turned gray probably because they were so old. We found out that they hadn't changed the sheets when we came back in the evening. The staff was not friendly, however they were not rude either, they just did not seem to care, except for the bellboy-who was very kind and helpful. it should be renovated, especially the towels and the sheets |
