Hotel Erzsebet City Center  

The hotel staff were very efficient and helpful. The location of the hotel is great with easy access to vaci utca and all the points of interest.

The room was so tiny we had no place to put our luggage. There was a hole in the floor of the shower. The shower drain also backed up into the shower when you used the sink. The room was old and tired with old fashioned bedspreads and sheets that didn't quite cover the mattress.

Good location excellent italian next door. Beautiful sites lucky with the weather.Did not stay long enough would need at least 3 days.

We got single beds we were two couples

Nice hotel near city center, not too expensive, functional bathroom, clean rooms, nice staff.

Wi-fi is payable, no parking in hotel, public parking is used instead.

The hotel is in a perfect location: near a metro station and near Vaci utca, the shopping street. It is in a a pedestrian street, so the silence is guaranteed. The hotel staff is extremely kind: we arrived late at night and we left in the early morning, but the receptionist was always at the desk, ready to provide an excellent service. They also helped us with our luggage! We didn't try their breakfast service since there are plenty of bakeries int the neightbourhood. It was a very very pleasent and convenient staying!

We asked for a double room but they gave us a twin. Since it was very late we didn't ask for a change but I'm pretty sure that if we had asked they would seek another accomodation.

I was most pleased to discover the standard of both hotel and staff for sutch reasonable costs. The location is near perfect, I found most of the citys sights within a reasonable walking distance- or easy to access via public transport. I would have no hesitation in recomending, or indeed, returning to Hotel Erzebet in the future. In short, a very satisfied customer !

For the cost, I cannot find fault with this hotel.

Location. Good bathroom, friendly staff. A lot of french tourists.

This hotel was in a great location, it was inexpensive, it was not in the middle of Starbucks or Mcdonalds territory and had lots of great eating spots and clubs near by. The people at the front desk were very helpful and eager to make your stay in Budapest enjoyable. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping was well tended.

The lobby had a disturbing odor, the breakfast is not so good (but there are better places nearby) and there is noise at night. Ask for a room higher up.

Great location, good breakfast, clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

No free Wifi. Expensive internet access cards. No double bed, just twin which is not very comfortable and not what we booked.

Not a complaint as such- tea and coffee making facilities would be a simple and welcome addition.

Excellent location with very pleasant staff, fair rooms and breakfast, and unbeatable price anywhere we have ever been :) A winning choice.
