Hotel Erzsebet City Center    

Nice and pleasant hotel in perfect location, near Erzsebet Bridge, Vaci street, easy to reach any place in the center by walking. Staff was very nice and helped with everything. Free curassons and coffee in the morning. Tourist sight seen buss stations is in 3 minutes walking. Great value for money!

I like the rooms. I like the staff. I like the breakfast. Very friendly and helpsome!

I do not like the smell in the reseption. Looks like toilet is running over.... I do not like that I have to pay for internet conction, and do not have it in the rooms as a in the price.

Nice service, always ready to help customers. There is a safe for customers, you can leave your luggage after check out , or before checkin -in it's free.

This hotel is always a good place to stay when visiting Budapest or even before or after a flight from / to the Budapest airport. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was fine, 25% discount if paid during check-in. Metro is very close

Window didn't protect from street noise, no tea kettle, no shampoo

Quite a big room with a desk and a minibar fridge. Everything looked clean. Close to metro station and a few restaurants.

The double bed was actually 2 beds pushed together with separate bed covers. Pillows thin.

The architecture of the buildings,value for money food and drink, friendliness of the Hotel Staff who spoke good English and were very helpful in arranging bookings for restaurants and other events.

There was quite a large amount of road works in progress which was causing delays to traffic in the City Centre area.

Excellent location, small street with almost no traffic. Cool trendy area with some interesting places to go out or see, like food market. Also very close to more commercial shopping zone. Easy to walk to lots of places of interest. Easy to get from entrance to the room, leave shopping, refresh and go out again... Very close to Cafe Central wich has excellent breakfast and coffee. Nicer to go there then hotel (did not try hotel's breakfast). Close to Astoria metro and some cool places to go out nearby. Staff was very helpful with advice where to go out etc.

Room could be a bit cleaner, it was also overheated but we could open the window so it was ok. We did not spend much time at the hotel so the room itself was less important. If I wanted realy nice room and to enjoy hanging around I would choose more luxury hotel but generally for our purpose I think this was great value for the money and would stay again if I went to Budapest for city break.

It is almost impossible to find parking place in the hotel neighborhood. Hotel offers parking in the nearby garage, but the price is higher that it is written on the web site and booking e-mail.

Great location. Easy walk from subway station - 1 block. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast costs extra, but if you don't pay for breakfast you still get free tea coffee and croissant

The location of the hotel was very good.

The staff at the hotel were very rude. This never would have bothered me before but the staff at this hotel were exceptionally rude. The room was very basic and quite old. The heat in the room at night was too much also. We ended up putting on the air conditioning in Dec!

Excellent location, friendly and very helpful staff, rooms are clean, not luxurious but more than decent.

No evening bar at the hotel-but not a great minus, since there are many caffes and bars in the immediate surroundings...

it was friendly, clean and excellent location.

there was no lounge to sit in and relax, only reception area. the Latin fusion bar was never open. there was no tea or coffee making facility in the bedroom. this would be a great addition. I would like better selection of fresh fruit at breakfast (brochure photo shows many fruits but we only saw apples and plums!0
