The chef of our hotel Mr. Endre Toth is one of the best known chefs in Hungary. He and his team will spoil you with the tastiest food and drink delicacies day after day.
The Galery Cafe and the Acapulco grill and cocktail bar (open in summer) also tempts guests with the most delicious treats.

The staff was really helpful speaking all the required languages, the cousin was good, the medical service - excellent. We also liked all the pools, especially thermal ones. The hotel is good both with families with children and senior people - quietness and relax. Not oriented on young audience, though. |

There are very nice pools and many wellness and beauty procedures. There were several performancies in the evenings. The hotels in Heviz are made for people who speak german. The town of Heviz you will find many small shops selling low quality chinese products for huge prices. They asked me to pay 10 euros for contact lens container that usually costs 50 cents. That's just one of the many examples. Service in the whole country is appalling. |

Понравилось абсолютно все. Особенно шведский стол (завтрак/ужин), массажи и косметические процедуры за сущие (по московским меркам) копейки многий персонал говорит преимущественно по-немецки и венгерски. Английский и тем более русский в меньшинстве |

Отличный отель, с массой услуг и идеальным расположением. Номера не большие, но уютные. Хорошие бассейны 2 внешних, 3 внутренних, СПА салон, очень кстати мне пришлась подземная парковка с ручной мойкой, после долгой поездки из Москвы. Вообщем мне кажется лучшее место для отдыха в Хевизе |

Miły i pomocny personel, dobre śniadanie i wygdne połozenie w stosunku do jeziora termalnego w Heviz. To nie jest hotel spełniający wymagania dla 4* obiektów, natomiast cena jest na poziomie 4*. |

en resérvant sur internet l'hotel mantionait que les donnèes d"une carte de credit devait leur etre donnés pour confirmer la réservation tout en insistant qu'aucune somme ne sera retirer sur cette carte de credit qui en plus ne m'appartenait pas ! à la fin de mon sejour et en payant ma note j'ai remarqué que la direction de l"hotel avait deja retirer 75 euros sur la carte de credit ! c'est scandaleux ! ! ! |

Les équipements de l'hôtel sont très bientôt pour ceux qui apprécient sauna, vaporarium, et piscines intérieures et extérieures chauffées. Très bon petit déjeuner/buffet le matin. Seul point faible: la salle de fitness quasi inexistante, dommage pour un 4*, même local! |
