I got a room with invalide mother with 60 cm high stairs leading to the balcony. Totally useless.. Room infested with spiders , " stinking bugs", rooms were not very clean, no shampoo... Rooms also noisy. Bb Swimming pool excellent, health facilities good

Очень хороший отель.Предлагает хорошее лечение и процедуры.Расположен в очень хорошем месте.Рядом центр,озеро,магазины,рестораны.В самом отеле очень хорошее питание,просто были удивлены разнообразием,качеством и предлагаемым ассортиментом на завтраки и ужины.Считаю,что это самый лучший отель в Хевизе.Самый большой плюс,что вся информация на 4 языках-венгерский,немецкий,русский,английский.Персонал говорит на русском.Номера большие и уютные.Все работает отлично.В номере есть чайник .Очень хорошие бассейны.Все замечательно.Обязательно вернусь в этот отель-санаторий и все рекомендую.

Die Lage und Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Zimmer 672 ist sehr weit vom Wellness-Bereich entfernt. Der Wellness- Bereich könnte größer sein. Die Bademeister sind sehr nachlässig, der Boden war sehr rutschig, hier hätten die beiden Männer sehr wohl Zeit gehabt, öfter aufzuwischen.

Es war insgesamt schön. Zentrale Lage im Ort. Zimmer großzügig. Badelandschaft gepflegt. Frühstücksbuffet sehr umpfangreich und abwechslungsreich. Zimmer sehr sauber. Bademäntel + Handtücher für den Pool vorhanden. Die Türen zu Bad + WC quietschten ( stört nachts den Partner) Im gesamten Raum hängt ein sehr penetranter Duft nach WC-Stein!? Oft war es vor 8°° schon sehr laut ( Renovierungsarbeiten; laufende Kinder; Reinigungskräfte, die sich lautstark unterhalten) Tiefgarage / bzw. Parkplatz für Gäste kostet extra.

Dieses Hotel liegt zentral und der Thermalsee ist nach kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.Das Frühstücksbüffet ist gut sortiert und bietet für Geschmäcker das Richtige. Das Hotel muß dringend erneuert werden. Angefangen bei den Zimmern. Die Duschwanne ist mit Rost und Kalk an den unteren Schienen überzogen die Toilette riecht unangenehm nach Urin, das Waschbecken weist die gleichen Rost und Kalkspuren auf wie die Dusche.Insgesamt schmuddelig und dreckig. Kein schöner Anblick. Zudem wird nur das nötigste gereinigt.Der Teppichboden am Abend genauso verschmutzt wie am Morgen.Genausowenig wird Staub gewischt. Das ist kein Standart für ein 4Sterne Haus.Hier besteht handlungsbedarf. Im Bade- Saunabereich das gleiche Bild. Die Toilette "stinkt" nach Urin , zudem konnte ich zufällig beim Reinigen zusehen .Eine handvoll Lappen - einmal um die hälfte des Washbeckenrandes gewischt , den "Kontrollzettel "Unterschrieben und die Toitetten Spülung gedrückt. Fertig. Im Schwimmbecken tummeln sich ungefähr 20 Kinder die laut schreiend vom Beckenrand springen und einen erholungsfacktor von vorneherein aussschliesen.Auch ein Bademeister sieht diesem Treiben regungslos zu. Im Whirlpool das gleiche Bild "mit Kindern überfüllt und somit für Erholugsuchende tabu.Wir haben selbst Kinder und Enkelkinder ,sind keines Falls Kinderfeindlich aber das ging uns zu weit. Dieses Hotel ist nicht als Familienhotel gekennzeichnet.

Das Hotel war wirklich super, nach Empfehlung haben wir dieses Hotel gebucht. Leider konnten wir nur einen Tag in diesem wunderschönen Hotel verbringen, aber zum zweiten Mal werden wir bestimmt läger bleiben. Freundliches Personal, bequeme Zimmer, reichhalitges Büffetfrüchstück! Wir haben noch extra Abendessen dazu gebucht und das Essen war einfach klasse (nur zu empfehlen)!

The staff spoke English and everyone we interfaced with was very pleasant and helpful. The room layout and size was exactly as expected, and the location was excellent. We could walk to several restaurants and little fast food places, as well as shopping, and a short stroll to the Heviz lake for bathing. There were no unexpected charges and we would stay here again. The included breakfast buffet was excellent (many hot and cold options) and very convenient. We didn't try the pools, but they looked very nice and clean when we walked by. We stayed in the apartments wing, since we had a 1 bedroom plus living room place, and it was quiet both at night and during the day, even though we were right next to the stairs. Two small balconies were nice to step out on to check weather, but too small to sit out there. We brought our own portable crib for our 10 month old baby, but the receptionist noticed the child and the fact that we didn't request a crib and called up to the room a few minutes later to check if we had just forgotten and if we needed extra towels for the baby. We were very impressed by such service! The hotel is not a 4 star hotel by American standards - more like 3 star maybe, but by experience we know that this is expected in the country, so we were not surprised. The room was clean and secure, but the bathrooms had hard water stains on the floors that gave the impression of being dirty, and the quality of materials used in the building is not 4-star quality. The bathroom towels also had some permanent stains on them. The elevator was tiny, so hauling luggage up to the 2nd floor for 3 people meant making 2 trips, but in the hotel's defence they offered to help with luggage and we just turned them down. The dinner buffet was too expensive, but you can't beat the convenience.

Хороший отель, большие удобные комнаты, шикарная природа вокруг и очень чистый воздух. По телевизору есть даже один русский (ОРТ) и один украинский (Новый) каналы. Хороший завтрак. Неплохой SPA центр в самом отеле, но мы ездили на термальное озеро, оно недалеко от отеля.

Wellnesbereich ist schön, Bademeister am ausserpool, der hilfsbereit ist.Personal im Restaurant, ist höfflich.kann ich weiterempfehlen. Wellnes und EFrühstück könnte schon ab halb 7 offen sein, musste man nicht haar genau die öffnungszetien beibehalten, dass man früher frühstücken oder schwimmen gehen kann noch am abreisetag.
