good parking, quick check in
breakfast was not so good bowls for muesli were so dirty, eggs ware to raw
Location. just next to Hungexpo.
Wi-fi connection not really reliable.
Brakfast Free parking
Room was not very clean. Renewal of towels is needed.
Room was good as always, we were in this hotel 15 times. Breakfast was rich. No problem with parking palace.
Staff in a breakfast room were to annoying . They were practicly grabing empty dishes in forn of you. We didn t finished our breakfast, we wnet, it was to annoying.
For a small price, a great hotel. Nice rooms, good breakfast buffet and use of the spa free of charge, 12th floor sky bar with beautiful city view. Location is also convenient out of the centre, but within easy reach of any motorway connections. You are in downtown in 15 minutes by car.
Restaurant menu very limited and expensive.
Staff were friendly. There was a good choice at breakfast buffet, if you fancied trusting the kitchens were any cleaner than the rooms.
Location was not the best for city center. Rooms were filthy, They never vacuumed the carpet for our entire stay.Dirty cotton buds and toe nail from a previous guest we found on carpet beside bed, were still there when we left! Metal bedside lamp had a dodgy connection, went off & on when moved, lucky I was wearing rubber healed trainers. When I warned a member of staff that it would be a danger to other guests, I was told to turn it of and just leave it. Rave on in hall 100 meters behind hotel and sounded like they had a speaker in our room on the eleventh floor. Young ravers were encouraged to stay at the hotel charging them only sixty euros for two nights according to one raver. Rave went on to seven in the morning, though the bouncers started to drag half unconscious boys and girls through the hotel from 11pm onward.
rich breakfast, excellent bathroom, wi-fi, clean, free parking, quiet
a bit outside of center, but I don't care anyway
Location! 15 minutes walk to nearest metro station. Also has a bus station near hotel, the schedule of those buses not clear. Once have been waiting for the bus for 30 minutes, and it didn't arrive. Since preferred to walk to metro station every day.
I've been here several times during the last 4 years. During my last visit I noticed that the rooms and furniture bear the marks of getting old and worn out. A refurbishing will be needed soon.
location - far from the metro station, staff was not so friendly, the train passes near the hotel, uncomfortable beds and pillows, the bathroom smells
Wi-Fi Security AC
Room was not tidy enough
cleanliness, friendly and helpful, good food, well presented, good travel advice.
Everything (wifi, breakfast, bathroom, furniture)
Nothing. (Maaaybe a bit too small tv :)
-not on a busy main street therefor very calm at nights and you get a good sleep. -private parking for appr. 40 cars in front of the hotel -spacious rooms, clean bathroom, fresh and clean towels every day -very good buffet breakfast, many choices for vegs/non-vegs, served at 07:00 am -sky bar and spa/gym on 12th floor -a big tesco only 1-1.5 km (5 min with car), plaza (big shopping mall) about 15 min -bus stop only 3 min away
-arrived at 12.30 pm. Check-in denied, we have to wait till 1.00 pm eventhough the room was ready! Receptionist told us if we want to check-in now we have to pay 20 Euro extra!!!! for those 30 min!!! That's a very poor policy, never happened anywhere else -tourist busses arrive with many, many tourists. So in the morning at 7 am breakfast time they come running down, pushing, pulling hustling (mainly old people, so I could not do anything but wait), very crowded.
The facilities: spa, skybar.
Lack of TV channes: esp. english or french TV channels
Lack of order and cleanliness
Breakfast, kind stuff,
In the room there was an empty mini bar-someone obviously forgot to fill the refrigerator. What I don't like in this hotel is lifts ... when it's crowdy you have to wait for the very long time or use the stairs. But this is very inconvinient since stairs are next to lift and it is very hard to get to stairs. Parking space is almost full and I propose that hotel extends the parking space since it seems to be very full all the time-which is good. In the bathroom there was a broken brush for cleaning the toilet. No laundry bag inside of the closet. On the side where I was sleeping it is too noisy by night since trains are driving all night long.
The room was very dirti, was dust on furnitures.
Excellent staff, safe parking area and panoramic view on Budapest. Modern design and futuristic.
Distance to the nearest metro station. Position related to the city centre.
very clean room, nice furniture smells brand new
despite we arrive around 15, log in from 14, we have to wait as they check is the room ready, localization is preety poor
personnel, attitude, kitchen
some noise in the front of the hotel in the morning
