They did not vacuum before we have arrived because we found food leftovers on the carpet . I find this to be unacceptable. They have a three hours window between check in and check out . I am never staying there again .

free parking place, clean room and very freandly stuff( best regards for them). The receptionists were great as well as cooks who made our breakfast every morning on order. I have no remarks as the hotel is well worth for money you pay for it.

The saff does a great job. Price is good and the center is easily reachable, but you will have to take a decent walk. The attic rooms are very small and were quite dirty.

Nice and helpful personell. On reception it was provided for us better room than we booked for the same price - that was good surprise. Hotel has a good location - city center can be reached in 30 minutes of walk. Free parking is a big advantage of hotel when travelling with a car. Little hotel renovation is required.

The staff was really friendly and they have helped me check in early and provided a baby crib for my little daughter. They really made my stay pleasant. The free parking was a plus. And the breakfast was decent. There is a little bit of walk to the city center but you can use public transportation that is located very close.

Klein hotel met zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Kamers met airco werden elke dag schoongemaakt. Het restaurant naast het hotel was ook een uitkomst. De locatie is prima in een groene rustige omgeving met de tram halte op de hoek, zo'n 100 meter. Vanaf hier in 10 min. makkelijk naar het centrum van de stad. De halte van de tandradbaan die de bergen ingaat, licht op loopafstand 100 meter. Restaurantjes en de supermarkt zijn dichtbij. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dan een prima prijs en kwaliteits verhouding voor dit gemoedelijke hotel.

velmi prijemny personal, vsetci vedeli anglicky, ochotni ludia. Ubytovanie bolo ok, izby ciste, ranajky jednoduchsie ale vsetko potrebne sme dostali. trosku dalej od centra ale dalo sa to zvladnut aj na peso cca 40 min. Pekna prechadzka....Vyhodou bola aj restauracia v hoteli/ velmi chutna kuchyna za prijatelne ceny....

Dobra lokalizacja tuż obok przystanków tramwajowych I autobusowych, niedaleko też do stacji metra Szell Kalman Ter. Miła obsługa w recepcji mówiąca nieco po polsku. Brak możliwości zapłaty kartą, zbyt ubogie menu śniadaniowe.
