Extremely comfortable good value for money. English well spoken and very helpful friendly staff. In all British hotels tea and coffee making facilities are standard in all rooms which is very helpful first thing in the morning and last thing at night, in fact at any time of day. |

We liked the room, the wood near the hotel, the spa and wellness center. Overall the breakfast was perfect! Rare in Hungary. |

A wllness munkatársak kedvesek voltak, minden szolgáltatás kifogástalan. 1./ A fürdőszobában napokon át csatornaszag volt. 2./ A szobai íróasztalt nem takarították, poros maradt. 3./ A magyar TV csatornák között a Hír TV és Echo TV nem szerepel. 4./ Az éttermi ételmelegítők nem tartják melegen az ételt. 5./ A földszinti espresso süteménye nem friss. |

Les chambres fonctionnelles, ouvertes sur un balcon face à la foret, les chemins signalés prés de l'hotel. J'ai eu des difficultés pour trouver l'hotel, il n'est pas signalé dans Sompron ; l'absence d'un petit restaurant plus convivial ouvert dans l'hôtel. |

A szálloda nagyon szép környezetben található. A személyzet barátságos. A büféreggeli kiváló. Gyerekekkel a hely ideális. A hamutartó az erkélyen nem volt kiürítve, ez egy nemdohányos ember számára taszító. Egyik nap pedig elfelejtették kitakarítani a szobánkat. Más problémánk nem volt. |

Ruhige Lage,ohne Navi schwer zu finden,beim Einzug sofort Zimmerwechsel da ersteres stark nach Zigarettenrauch stank,sehr gutes Frühstückbuffet für 5 € Garagenplatz Betten waren schlampig gemacht,2 Handtücher fehlten,kleiner Schmutzteil lag auch am nächsten Tag noch auf dem Boden. |

Moderne, gute Architektur, Wellness-Bereich, ruhige Lage inmitten von Bäumen, Ausstattung, Essen à la carte. Das Niveau der zahlreich gehängten Gemälde unterschreitet das der Architektur beträchtlich. Bei der Ankunft fand ich das Zimmer stark parfümiert. Dinner-Buffet nur durchschnittlich. Frühstück: Käse, Wurst und Automatenkaffee unterdurchschnittlich. |

Sehr schöne Lage, ruhig in einem gepflegten Park, Zimmer sind sauber,die Einrichtung entspricht einem 4-Sterne Niveau, freundliches Personal. Frühstückskaffee aus dem Automaten: schmeckt nach allem, nur nicht nach Kaffee. Minibar wird nicht täglich befüllt. |

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und geräumig. Aussenanlage auch schön und ruhig. Unter Wellness versteht man in Österreich etwas anderes, als nur ein Hallenbad mit der Möglichkeit zum Saunagehen. |
