The Fenyves Hotel is like a mini oasis in a forest, exellent facilities, location and food. Nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff and the owner was on hand all day to answer and meet any needs. On our day of arrival we were a little early and the Hungarian national water polo team were still occupying some rooms but we were offered full use of all facilities from the moment we entered the reception. The food in the restaurant was some of the best we ate during our tour of Hungary and the prices were very favourable. The cleanliness of the whole complex was second to none and the facilities (allthough opening times are 1300- 2100) were available to use anytime. We met some very nice and helpful people and also increased our knowledge of the Hungarian language.

Csendes környezet, sok fa a hotel körül Kényelmes ágy A 99-ben épített szárnyban kaptam szobát, ami felett már kicsit eljárt az idő, elég elhasznált. A fűtés teljesen le volt véve, egy darabig eltartott mire felmelegedett a szoba... A narancslé a reggelinél

Underbar personal som är mycket service inriktad, lungt, fantastisk mat. Passar lika bra till familjen eller romantiska paret som bara vill använda Wellnes avdelningen! En bit in till centrum men 30minuters promenad eller 45,- för en taxi så är man mitt I Békéscsba centrum. Ca 2km söderut ligger Gyüla som också är en mysig gammal by. Vi rekomenderar absolut Fenyves Hotel :-) Wonderful personal and service, sielence and realy good food. For family or romantic or anyone how just wont to spend time in teh wellnes rooms. 30 minuts walk from the city of Békéscsba or 1500-1600huf for a taxi in to the city. We are absolutley recomanded Fenyves Hotel :-)

Szép volt a környezet, finom volt a reggeli és tiszta, új volt az épület. 3 csillagos a szálloda, de a szoba nem tűnt annak. Tiszta volt, tágas, viszont a víznek furcsa szaga volt, bár ez nem valószínű, hogy a szállás hibája.

Das Personal, welches sich im Verhältnis zu unseren anderen Übernachtung im Osten und Süden von Ungarn viel Mühe gegeben haben und wenigstens mit etwas Englisch eine Fremdsprache konnten. Hotel ist erst seit Gesetzesänderung per Februar/März 2012 ein Nichtraucher-Hotel - Zimmer und Wäsche stinken deutlich nach Rauch. Zimmer war "abgewohnt" und Bettlaken gewaschen, aber mit Flecken.

- de rustige omgeving - airco - verversen linnegoed - de maaltijden volgens de kaart - storende passieve houding (manager) aan infobalie (niet het personeel maar de overste) - geen frigo op de kamer - beide bekers in de badkamer waren stuk en werden niet vervangen- - gootsteen werd niet gekuisd

The location is excellent, In the middle of nature, if you seek for a relaxing holiday, away from the city. Also, the wellness is really nice and clean. The staff is great, always ready to help and serve you. The breakfast was poor. The rooms weren't so clean. The toilet in the room, for example, was a little dirty and smelly. You must pay 5 euro/day for the wellness, which didn't bothered us, but I don't remember mentioning this on booking.com.
