The room was mostly adequate. The staff at reception when we arrived were very nice, but sadly others were much less helpful. We were surprised to find that the lift only came down to the first floor, so we had to carry suitcases up one floor. There was no soap in the dispenser and after reporting this it was not filled the next night. The shower was faulty and actually broke while we were trying to use it. This was replaced but with no real apology for the inconvenience. The staff at the breakfast room were not friendly and did not explain the options for breakfast menus. |

location in the very center, hotels parking place, nice and comfortable room and bathroom, peaceful, no noise during night I missed few more clothes hangers in the wardrobe of the room. |

Песонала е много отзивчив. Настаняването беше извършено за минутка. Почивката ни беше пънлоценна тъй като стаята е тиха независимо, че беше над отворени прозорци на долният етаж към коридорното пространство. Локацията е добра и дава възможност за достъп до всички забележителности в централната част на града. Хотела се нуждае от реновиране. |

Das Hotel liegt zentral, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt im Großen und Ganzen Sauber war es auf keinen Fall, die Wohnung + WC wurden kaum geputzt |

Es ist zentral gelegen, und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Hat ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet- wenn man Geduld hat mit dem Personal. Sehr freundliche deutsch sprechende Leute an der Rezeption! |

Ruhige Lage inmitten der Altstadt, zweckmäßige Ausstattung, angenehmes Flair, auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Geräumiges Badezimmer. Alles so wie und wo man es erwartet. Personal hilfsbereit und perfekte Deutschkenntnisse. Frühstück für Größe und Klasse des Hotels überdurchschnittlich. Hoteleigener Gratisparkplatz. Anfahrtsbeschreibung im Internet hat leider einen Fehler. |
