staff was friendly; location was good, close enough to center but distant enough to be quiet; breakfast was good service listings on bookings.com did not match what was actually offered at hotel; there is no bike rentals on site (but nearby at another business); hotel frequently "lost" phone connection so could not take credit cards. |

Loved the stuff, they were very friendly and willing to help with everything. Breakfast was fresh, rich and good quality. There are mosquitoes, but this is a problem with Lake Balaton, not the hotel. |

The room size was good and the balconay. Quite quiet due to distance from the main street with the clubs and bars - 1.8km Beds are bad and extremely uncomfortable, ordered a double room but got given a twin room, the taxi called to the hotel ripped us off 2000 ft for 1.8 km, breakfast is terrible, booked on this web site by card to be told on the Saturday the card payment doesn’t work and we need to pay cash. Then to be hit with a larger invoice than the card in the rooms stares for payments in forints as he tried to convert from Eruos to Forints so I got hit wit ha 3 FX rate conversation prince, GB to Euro to Forint. After an argument we got the price on the sheet in the room which is not what was stated on this site. No safe in the room. We left a day early, it was that bad! Good luck! Its a shame as the hotel has a lot of potential. |

Közel van a vízparthoz, szép platánfás utcában helyezkedik el, ingyenes a parkolás, kutyát is lehet vinni, extra költséget sem számoltak fel érte. A reggelinél nem volt elég bőséges a választék. |
