Staff were very friendly and helpful. Always smiling. the location of the hotel is beautiful and green. It is quiet and peaceful, but still very close to all the action in siofok. The balaton water shore is less then 2 minutes walk, if you want to swim or tan. Nice balcony as well overlooking the facilities. Two restaurants are next door too with a convinience store opposite the hotel. no problems at all

Die Lage ist gut: nur 5 Minuten bis zu einem öffentlichen Strand (dafür läuft man aber bis zum Zentrum ca. 15-20 Minuten). Die Mitabeiter sind freundlich, nett und sehr entgegenkommend. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und bietet kleine Abwechslungen. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Parkplatz im Hof, der am Abend und Nacht geschlossen ist. Die Einrichtung des Hauses entspricht eher einem 2-Sterne-Hotel. Die harten, abgewaschenen Handtücher, komische Bettlaken mit Gummi drunter, quietschendes Bett, kaputter Duschhalter, laufende Ameisen im Badezimmer, schlecht schließende Balkontüre (man hörte immerwieder die Versuche der Nachbarn, die Balkontür zu zumachen). Da es im Hotel keine Klimaanlage gibt, hält man auch in der Nacht die Balkontür und Fenster auf, wenn es draussen warm ist - und man kriegt ziemlich alles mit, was draussen passiert: die Gespräche der frühaufstehenden Nachbarn, die Zugdurchfahrten früh morgens (die Zugstecke ist nicht weit), die Autos (auf einer Seite des Hotels befindet sich eine vielbefahrene Straße) - also nichts für länger schlafen. Angeblich funktionierte das Kreditkartenterminal nicht - deswegen sollte man barzahlen (es ist wohl nur ein vorgeschobener Grund, da der Wirt lieber Barzahlung haben will).

Personal foarte atent si serviabil Le-am solicitat micul dejun la ora 6 desi in mod obisnuit se servea la ora 7:30 si au fost extrem de binevoitori oferind-une un mic dejun de foarte buna calitate. Camera mare si spatioasa cu balcon, frigider in camera si o baie suficent de mare. Ne-am simtit excelent si recomandam cu caldura hotelul.

A zárt parkoló. A személyzet figyelmessége, rugalmasság a korai reggelizés lehetőségével. Nagyon fontos, hogy a személyzet mosolygott, udvarias és segítőkész volt.

Близкое расположение к пляжу, хорошие завтраки, тихо и спокойно. Отель находится в километре от "живого" центра Шифока, и в 1,5 км. от молодежного пляжа-клуба "Кока-Кола", сам отель старый, но ухоженный. побывав в других отелях, считаю, что уровень Фортуны ниже среднего.

Wij zijn in het hotel niet goed ontvangen en het eten was er zeer slecht. Ontbijt was heel slecht, het brood kon je kapot op je hoofd slaan. Koffie was koud. Yohurt was met haar op. Wij zullen er zeker nooit meer komen en van prijs zijn we ook bedrogen. We moesten 138 euro betalen en ze hebben via de visa kaart 165 euro afgehaald. Dus heel vertrouwbaar is deze zaak helemaak niet.

Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Die gesamte technische und sanitäre Ausstattung ist eine Zumutung. Solche Bäder mit Duschvorhängen, nach Urin stinkendem Stand-WC mit primitivem Aufputz-Spülkasten, defektem Toilettenpapierhalter sollten der Vergangenheit angehören. Das Frühstück und der Frühstücksraum mit dreckigen Tischdecklen war einfach nur schlecht. Das Hotel hat nicht mal einen Stern verdient. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht.

Sehr gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis, freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, nur sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand. Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr gut. Nichts negatives, höchstens eine fehlende Klimaanlage. Wer nicht gern läuft, für den könnte der Weg zum Zentrum etwas weit sein (ca. 1,5 - 2 km).
