As sandálias deveriam ser fornecidas junto com os roupões para uso da piscina.

Its location,spa facilities and food.

There was no air-conditioning and we were in the midest of a heat-wave with temperatures reaching 42 degrees on one day.Do not visit during hot months !

the lack of a safe deposit in hotel room and lack of tea/coffee making facilities

Our superior room was big and comfortable but a bit noisy and without air condition ! (it is problem in summer time) - it is a pity because with air con and some renovation (specialy bathroom) it could be superb hotel with its Art Nouveau flair.

In general the staff was attentive, ( except int he breackfast room ; they never knew I was there as they didn't pay attention, and to my question ; where I can smoke, I got the reply ; nowhere here !)

The room was outdated with old furniture, very basic ! too basic !! nothing to do with luxury, and the pillow was so flat was no point using-it . No aircondition, very difficult to use the tv as the many made no sence

The staff, location, the ambience, the spa baths and the nearness of the river and the Citadel - a good evening walk!

The river view from our room was not quite as good as we were expecting; it was a little distance from the river.

Great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful spas/Turkish baths that are available from the hotel.

Historic hotel with a royal past. Pleasant stay. Walked to various places to tour both the Buda and the Pest sides of the river.

Bath

Very bad quality of the room, specialy the bathroom. The bed was very hard. It needs a lot of maintenence.

nice hotel, friendly staff, interesting experience with the classic style spa. i slept 1 night at double room. nicely furnished, free wifi in room. very comfortable for its price.

a little bit far from the main area of the city, need to take a 5 min walk to the closest metro starion. to enjoy the night city view, it is hard to walk from the city. i liked the spa experience, but the user of the spa was mainly old people (because it was on weekday early morning, of course!)

Location was great for me, access to bathes and good breakfast.

The room furniture was a bit old fashioned, did not impressed me. No hair dryer and no cattle to make some tea in the room, though I did not ask for them at reception.

The vintage look, and beutiful architecture plus the SPA

It was a particularly cold spring time, heating were not on and it was cold, also the hot water in the bathroom was not hot at all. I complains asking why and it seems that there was a problem with the heating system, still it was very cold in the room.

Location, as it was handy to a lot of the tourist attractions. The availability of the thermal spa was good as well.

I think the staff need to realise not all visitors have the same knowledge about the city itself nor some of the dervices provided by the hotel - eg WifI; the spa. A bit more info in the rooms would be helpful
