Close to the railway station (about 100 metres) and the Metro (about 50 metres) .Good value for money. Good breakfast. Good size room. We would stay again.

Very close to train station and metro, helpful staff. Rooms were clean but a bit outdated.

Due to overbooking we had problem first night, but the next day they recovered and gave us a nice room. In the overall, we were satisfied.

Stayed in triple room on floor 7 which turned out to be loft conversion. Very, very hot. Water presure very low in bathroom. Worse through was the drainasge of the wash basin , which took ages to clear.

I was very surprised by a staff working at reception, who told us there will be no tickets for opera when I asked him how to reserve opera tickets at national opera theater. in reality, we bought tickets at 5pm in afternoon and found there were a lot of empty seats in the theater. Therefore, I don't think this attitude is not good for your hotel or city of Budapest, but for tourists.

The room is samller

Right across the central train station, ideal if you need to take an early train. Buffet breakfast and a nice balcony to enhance the room.

It's more congruent to a 3* Western Hotel.

Be aware they charge your credit card 2 time, I should pay £153 gbp for my stay, I end up paying this 3 time, now I speak with my bank reporting this money fraud, now they charge me £153 and £30.95 cancellation fees for none show up at the hotel... While I stay five days in the hotel and I do have the paper... Now they thief money from my credit card,, and my bank say must speak with the hotel,, I called the hotel from London to Budapest making an international phone calls and you can guess how much this phone calls cost.... This hotel is faraway from four star hotel.... They are credit cards thief hotel fare clean but very noise Breakfast is fine!! Location is fine but very noisy

All I liked about this hotel as was that it was very close to the main railway station. I guess ok for one night only.

There was no tea making in the room. Nothing to drink and the restaurant closed at 11pm. The room was also very small.

Staff were really nice. I was shocked when presented with a bill for my accommodation as I was under the impression it was paid with my flights when booked back in August 2012

Breakfast was of very poor quality especially the hot buffet. Bedroom very sparse and very noisy guests late at night

The adjacent Italian restaurant is good Keleti station is very close and suited my travel plans to visit northern Hungary-

The internet was very slow. The room safe didn't work properly.

The location is perfect if you are passing throught Budapest and traveling bu train (as I was). It is clean and cheap.

It was very cold in my room. It was not the first time I stayed there, and usually it was ok, but this time maybe the heating was broken.

the hotel location is very important for the people who is newly commer in this city because it is located only 2 minutes walking away from keleti main train station budapest and you dont need to take taxi

Fairly cheap hotel at very good location, friendly staff, packed breakfast, acceptable room (with spacious bathroom) which was cleaned regularly. We stayed on 1st floor and had wi-fi available in room which was password-locked, but easy guessing (hint: goldenpark) helped. Hotel is near excellent Arena Plaza shopping center and you can also buy excellent and affordable Hungarian cakes at nearby stand. Center of town can be reached by foot in 15 minutes or so. However, metro station is in front of the the hotel which helped us during snowy and rainy days.

Yes. room could be bigger with newer furniture, breakfast tables should be instantly available every time (we hadn't had to wait though) and sirens outside were heard a bit too often, but for this price we can't complain.
