Golden Park Hotel

Very nice hotel. The stairs at the entrance aren't pleasant, but there's always someone to help I guess. Friendly staff, breakfast was ok. Would definetly stay there again

Wasn't as close to the city as one would guess from the description, but still downtown Prague is within walking distance (5-10 min)

the ac was leaking - we got a new room for the second night; breakfast does not meet the standards; this is a classic 3 *, not a 4 * accomodation; the promised parking places were nowhere to be found, both rooms were not really clean

broken telephone during four days of our staying!!!

The room (and hotel, in general) was very clean, comfortable and air conditioned which was a great comfort as it was so hot during my stay.

(1) On my last night (it was very late at night and I was in bed), a security man unlocked and opened the door to my room and walked in and then apologised, after I called out, and closed it. I was a single female traveller and this really scared me. I rang the reception to explain what had happened and they told me there had been an error on their computer system; the security man had thought the room was not occupied and was checking it to see whether anyone was in it who shouldn't have been. An honest mistake had clearly been made; however it would have put my mind at ease if the reception had rung me to explain this and apologised to me rather than me having to ring them feeling very frightened. I was not impressed with the way this was dealt with. (2) Expensive for a single traveller.

Hotellet var helt igennem et godt sted at være - jeg har reserveret til et nyt ophold i slutningen af juli, sammen med min hustru og min søster og svoger. Jeg glæder mig allerede.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Ostbahnhof sowie in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einer Metro-Station. Die beiden angrenzenden Restaurants, ein Italiener und ein Ägypter, sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Klimaanlage war sehr leise.

Alle Mitarbeiter, mit Ausnahme derer an der Rezeption, waren ziemlich unfreundlich. Der Kaffee sowie der Saft am Frühstücksbuffet waren eine Katastrophe. Die Saftgläser waren fast alle beschädigt. Die Toiletten außerhalb des eigenen Zimmers liessen sich zum Teil nicht abschliessen. Teilweise waren die Schlösser beschädigt.

J'ai apprécié le petit déjeuner, dont le buffet etait bien fournie et varié. Aussi les chambres etaient bien entretenues et propre.

J'aurai pu classer l'hotel à la catégorie affaires, mais figurez vous que le wifi etait hors services pendant tout notre séjour! De nos jours cela etait inexcusable. Au niveau petit dejeuner, ce sera bien d'avoir un peu plus de choix pour les fruits. L'hotel pourrait envisager de servir au petit déjeuner l'expresso, ou un cafe plus concentré que le café americain qu'on offre a tout les buveurs de café.

Ubicado enfrente de la estacion de tren Keleti. La habitacion espaciosa, con heladera, aire y Tv. Tiene baño de cortesia para refresarse antes de partir.

Deja mucho que desear sobre todo por ser un 4 estrellas. Es bastante viejo, y muy sucio. Las alfombras son una mugre y ya estan tan gastadas que ves el piso, tanto en los pasillos como en las habitaciones. Nos dieron una habitacion lateral, donde la medianera de al lado estaba a 20 cm de la ventana, x lo que no veias la luz del dia.. una cueva. El desayuno completo pero poco gustoso y muy desprolijo, las frutas enteras y sin pelar, todo puesto como asi nomas.. El cafe era muy rico.

El precio por 50 euros siendo una habitacion por aproximadamente 200.

El trato del personal de recepcion, que como ibamos con mochilas grandes a la espalda, parecia que eso no encajaba con la politica del hotel.
