Over all ok. room cooling/temperature setting was not satisfactory and needed maintenance. however the hotel manager was kind enough to recognize this, send house keeping on two occasions and gave discount in the final bill |

The staff was fantastic and so was the room. The service in the restaurant was superb. It was not as centrally located as we would have liked (a good walk to the nearest "hop-on-hop off" bus tour stops). But, we are young (enough) and the walk did not deter us. |

The Hotel's location, just by the mall, specially with the inside door thru mall which one we could easily go to without getting outside during those coldest days. The king bed and shower were amazing. |

Die Lage des Hotels im WestEnd Komplex ist hervorragend und auch der Service war sehr zuvorkommend Ja im Zimmer 127 befindet sich etwas in der Duschkabine das mir nicht gefallen hat. |

Las personas del bufet y del servicio de habitaciones y de recepción han sido todas muy atentas.El desayuno era muy completo.Han tenido el detalle de objequiarnos con una botella de agua. Cobran por utilizar el teléfono (Conexión) aunque tu pagues la conferncia por España en directo en tu domicilio. Aunque hay conexión de Internet no hay ordenadores disponibles si no pagas una cuota adicional diaria. |

La relación calidad-precio estaba muy bien teniendo las condiciones de un Hilton Que un hotel de esta categoría no tuviera un conserje que pudiera asesorar sobre restaurantes y demás cuestiones turísticas ya que, en general salvo alguna excepción, el personal de recepción no sabia o no quería informar mas allá de los folletos que tenían en recepción. |

très bon rapport qualité prix. Pour deux personnes 100 euros par nuit avec les petits déjeuners compris ; constitués par un très beau buffet. Par contre le restaurant est trop chère. et donc très peu fréquenté. La seule formule valable est la formule buffet pour le soir.La carte ou les menus proposés sont trop chers. On peut trouver bien mieux en ville. |
