Fast and kind Service, politeness, breakfast, discretion, quietness, local staff in every level, central position in connection to metro tram & buses. Free internet connection, local food at the buffet breakfast. |

Good staff and good rooms We were put in to a smoking room at first despite asking for non smoking. Had to complain strongly to get moved. |

Over all ok. room cooling/temperature setting was not satisfactory and needed maintenance. however the hotel manager was kind enough to recognize this, send house keeping on two occasions and gave discount in the final bill |

The staff was fantastic and so was the room. The service in the restaurant was superb. It was not as centrally located as we would have liked (a good walk to the nearest "hop-on-hop off" bus tour stops). But, we are young (enough) and the walk did not deter us. |

The Hotel's location, just by the mall, specially with the inside door thru mall which one we could easily go to without getting outside during those coldest days. The king bed and shower were amazing. |

Utmärkt service. Mycket bra frukost. Bra sängar. Bra för den shoppingsugne att det ligger intill Westend City Center.Bra förbindelser intill centralen. Inget dåligt med själva hotellet. Läget intill centralstationen drar ju dock till sig en del mindre lyckligt lottade. |

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen an einer Metrostation und nicht zu weit zu Fuss bis zum Zentrum. Auch schön ist die Nähe zum Einkaufszentrum. Die Zimmer sind ruhig aber etwas monoton gehalten. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. |

Lo bien comunicado que está y la tranquilidad del mismo, incluso estando integrado en Centro Comercial y próximo a una de las Estaciones de Tren y a un núcleo de estaciones de Tranvía. Personalmente volveremos y lo hemos recomendado. |
