The hotel was centray located and really easy to access. The staff were great and the rbeakfast was very good indeed. The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable. I had a really pleasant stay here. No, not at all. Everything was very nice and I had a great time there. It has a business feel but this did not put me off. |

Over all ok. room cooling/temperature setting was not satisfactory and needed maintenance. however the hotel manager was kind enough to recognize this, send house keeping on two occasions and gave discount in the final bill |

The staff was fantastic and so was the room. The service in the restaurant was superb. It was not as centrally located as we would have liked (a good walk to the nearest "hop-on-hop off" bus tour stops). But, we are young (enough) and the walk did not deter us. |

The Hotel's location, just by the mall, specially with the inside door thru mall which one we could easily go to without getting outside during those coldest days. The king bed and shower were amazing. |

La gentilezza del personale , e la pulizia delle camere. La posizione ottima per muoversi nella citta' , a pochi metri si trova la stazione dei treni , la fermata dei pulman , e la metropolitana . ottima la zona per che si vuole muovere anche a piedi. |

A szálloda fekvése, infrastrukturája, dizájn. Az önök információja szerint 30 nm-es szoba helyett 18 nm-es szobát kaptam, amit megreklamáltam és csak hasonló méretű csreszobát tudtak biztosítani. |

The city is very close, and the Westend Mall. We could find nearby some very reasonable restaurants as well. The lady at the check in desk was not polite enough. |

możliowśc wejścia do pokoju przed 14 czyli czasem check-in oraz przemiła obsługa, zawsze starająca sie pomóc. Super rzeczą było połaczenie hotelu przejściem z pobliskim centrum handlowym. Hotel jest trochę na uboczu tzn nie w ścisłym centrum ale jest dobrze skomunikowany. |

Sehr nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter, oft 3 sprachig,D/E/ vor der Buchung habe ich das Hotel und Zimmer besichtigt mit Pagen völlig problemlos nett und kompetent, tolles Frühstück dem Namen und den Sternen würdig - nicht nur das!!, der Durchgang zum Einkaufscenter ist genial, mit kurzem Hemd und Schuhen kann man im Winter einkaufen und essen gehen so wie alle öffentlichen Gebäude überheizt, nach dem Motto, wir haben im Sommer 30°C warum sollten wir im Winter weniger haben,- reine Wohlfühlsache muss in den Fluren und Lobby nicht sein |
