Located in the centre of the beautiful old town of Buda, the hotel is built on the ruins of an old monastery, parts of which can still be seen. It enjoys views across the Danube to the stunning Hungarian Parliament building. Perfect. |

Great location. Large rooms. Nice breakfast. A few things in the room weren't really "five stars": only one bar of soap, one pair of slippers, one bathroab. Quality of towels low, cosumables in small quantities etc. |

We were astonishedwhen the reception offered us a room looking only to the walls.Then we were offered abetter wiew room with an aditional price-which is 30 eu extra for a night.This price was unjustful and incorrectand misleading.This attitude demoralized us and we quit the hotel one night earlierthan we arranged. |

I just finished filling in a Hilton Questionnaire, on which I rated practically every question/statement as "excellent". The Budapest Hilton is located in the most beautiful spot in Buda, and the architect should have received first prize for building a hotel that literally blends into the scenery around it. |

the location at the top of the hill with nice view of Budapest The hotel except the view from rooms and restaurant does not take profit of the excellent location, there is no relax place, no cafe, no terrace where just to stay for relax enjoying the beautiful view |

The staff was excellent, always a smile on the face and a friendly chat. Also their attitude is very helpful and professional. 5* to the staff. The location of the hotel is rather exclusive making it a great value for money. The Hotel needs a urgent renovation, it feels like a trip back to the 80s, not at a status of Hilton. The breakfast is very poor, there is no natural juice, powder eggs and poor bread, I would compare it to 3* hotel. |
