漁夫の砦や王宮など、観光スポットへすぐなので、立地は良かったです。丘の上にあるので、見晴らしもGOO- D！ 部屋のバスルームのとびらが取り付けの問題なのか、、閉まりませんでした。面倒だったので、ホテルスタッフ- の方には特に何も言いませんでしたが、そんな部屋に客を案内するなんて、ちょっとひどいですよね。 |

ドナウ川を一望でき、部屋も大変広く、満足でした。そして、予約の段階で、ドナウ川に面しているかも指定で- きてよかったです。また、禁煙ルームを希望すると、禁煙専用階（６階建てで５階）に泊まることができて、前- をさえぎるものがほとんどなく、よかったです。ホテル前に展望台のようなところがあって、その一部が私の部- 屋からは国会が死角になって見られませんでしたが、鎖橋方面はしっかりと見渡せ、花火大会も非常によく見る- ことができました。日本の衛星放送も見ることができました。 |

ホテルの場所がブダ城の近くということもあり夜の夜景散策には抜群です。フロントの対応などしっかりしてい- てとてもいい印象でした。ただ、湯沸かしポットが故障し再度交換したポットも調子が悪くお湯の利用ができな- かったことが悔やまれます。朝食も内容が充実していてうちは遅めのブランチになりましたが十分な量と内容で- した。眺めもドナウ川がみられて最高でした。 |

great view on the old castle, beautiful church and Danube river. Hotel stuff were excellent. there is no swimming-pool, massage women did not speak any foreign language, and price of massage was not like it was written on reception desk |

The hotel guest service and guest manager were amazing. Specialise care; You can't expect this but we received a personalised note with bottle of champagne in our room from guest services. In fact, the entire hotel staff exceeded our expectations. Each time I asked for direction the staff were knowledgeable, spoke english, supplied a map with clear instructions. When I needed a taxi the transportation was prompt and cost understood. The front desk demonstrated precision, professionalism, perfection. "A seven star service!" Nothing. Everything was absolutely perfect!!! |

The best rocation, hardware, but the worst software (service and staff) It seems like three stars hotel service. Forget about five stars There was a welcome letter whose name is different person. Even I reserve 2 adults, there were bath-robe and amenities for only one person. There was no bath-robe on second day. Cold hospitality staff wilted me and spoiled my trip to Budapest. |

Hotel facilities are excellent. The breakfast is one of the best we enjoyed in Europe. The location is nice, and although it is far from the city center, it is possible to take a bus and walk around. Never consume any goods from in the hotel, because everything is more than expensive. Water costs ten times its price in the market and they charge a commission of 8% to change money. |

Located in the centre of the beautiful old town of Buda, the hotel is built on the ruins of an old monastery, parts of which can still be seen. It enjoys views across the Danube to the stunning Hungarian Parliament building. Perfect. |

Great location. Large rooms. Nice breakfast. A few things in the room weren't really "five stars": only one bar of soap, one pair of slippers, one bathroab. Quality of towels low, cosumables in small quantities etc. |

We were astonishedwhen the reception offered us a room looking only to the walls.Then we were offered abetter wiew room with an aditional price-which is 30 eu extra for a night.This price was unjustful and incorrectand misleading.This attitude demoralized us and we quit the hotel one night earlierthan we arranged. |
