Definitely I like location, service and room- in general. Also welcome drink and possibility to have a view on Budapest from Hotel Heliport. That was excellent. I stayed, just one night... :-) |

All staff were very helpful. Location is great and within walking distance to most attractions. The gym is tiny. The treadmill didn't work (although staff did fix this within about 1 hour) and it is far too hot in there. |

Just opened, everything is brand new and it feels very fresh. Location OK, calm street, 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Close to the Parliament and if you want to go anywhere in Budapest, taxi's are cheap. Breakfast is standard for Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland etc. Not bad, but not a luxury breakfast like in many big international well known hotel chains. |

Brand new first class hotel with nice rooms and good facilities including beautiful swmmingpool in a refurbished classical building close to the city centre. Nice coffee shop/bar. As with all new hotels there are a few startup problems but I am sure that this will be fixed shorthly. |

Hotellet ligger sentralt i Budapest, veldig fint rom, bra frokost buffet. Fint svømmebasseng med motstrøm, boblebad og badstu. Hotellet ga et eksklusivt inntrykk og at det stod en Ferrari parkert utenfor reduserte ikke dette inntrykket. |

Ottima posizione centralissimo, vicino al parlamento a pochi passi dalla stazione del metrò. Struttura nuovissima, personale cordiale e qualificato, pulizia impeccabile, ottima zona relax. Colazione migliorabile, la frutta e le insalate non erano freschissime, in un hotel di tale categoria non è elegante esporre la frutta tagliata in porzioni e rinsecchita, mezza mela un quarto di ananas. |

Rundum ein wirklich gutes Hotel. Sauber, schöner Spa-Bereich, gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles ok. Keine Ablage in der Dusche. Kann ja noch kommen. |

El trato de la persona que nos recibió el día que llegamos fue excelente. Hablaba español y tuvo un trato magnífico. La limpieza del hotel era excelente y la ubicación inmejorable. Las bañeras eran muy altas y el teléfono de la ducha nos llegaba al pecho, demasido bajos. |

Lage, Ausstattung, Frühstücksbuffet und das Gebäude sowie Infrastruktur. 3 Tage defekter Aufzug, Personal überfordert, Marketing Anrufe von der Rezeption in der Nacht (Rezeptionist ruft um 21 Uhr im Zimmer an und teilt mit, dass es in der Bar etwas zu trinken gibt!!!) |

La quiete nonostante la posizione centrale, la disponibilità e cortesia dello staff sia della reception che del bar, la presenza di postazioni internet free e wi-fi, la piccola ma bella zona wellness Forse perchè aperto da poco non sono ancora accetatte alcune importanti carte di credito (Amex, Diners) nonostante la categoria (5 stelle) dell'hotel. Il bar dell'hotel è poco fornito, ad esempio all'ora del the non ci sono biscotti e/o torte a disposizione. Nella sala colazione è tutto self-service, non servono nulla al tavolo. La colazione l'ho trovata non adeguata alla categoria dell'hotel: ad esempio tutto è self service (no servizio al tavolo), la macedonia di frutta è fatta con frutta sciroppata (!) (si potrebbe fare con frutta fresca) e la spremuta di arancia potrebbe essere fresca (e non artificiale). Tutto quanto sopra può essere facilmente rimediabile visto che l'hotel ha aperto da poco. |

Das es ein komplett neu renoviertes Hotel mit (noch) motivierten Personal war. (Oktober 2009). Schönes Haus. Nur einige wenige Parkplätze. |

Emplacement excellent pour le touriste. Design moderne (miroirs au plafond dans la chambre!). Piscine, sauna, jacuzzi, salle de sport. Restaurant timoré. Aucune intimité dans la chambre, sauf à fermer les doubles rideaux : la grande baie vitrée du hall de l'ascenseur donnait directement sur notre fenêtre, à 6 mètres de distance! |

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Hotel wurde erst im Oktober eröffnet, daher glänzt alles noch. Leckeres Frühstück und nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Die Matratzen in den Betten waren sehr hart und hatten keinen Lattenrost. Da sie nur auf einer glatten Holzoberfläche lagen, verrutschten sie bei der kleinsten Bewegung. Der Wellnessbereich ist zwar sehr schön (und konnte im Oktober ohne Zusatzkosten benutzt werden), jedoch etwas unpraktisch. Es ist sehr laut (Wasserfall, Whirlpool, etc.). Die Sauna ist vom Gang her einsehbar und es gibt nirgendwo eine Möglichkeit um Handtücher etc. aufzuhängen. |

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Standardzimmer ist zwar sehr klein für ein 4 Sterne Hotel aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist Ok. Das Frühstück entspricht leider keines falls einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Es war kein Kakao vorhanden obwohl Kinder im Hotel waren. Ananas war vertrocknet und Bananen braun. Dosenfrüchte fürs Müsli sind auch nicht wirklich einem 4 Sterne Hotel entsprechend. Trotzdem kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Allerdings würde ich es nächstes mal ohne Frühstück buchen. |

Personal primitor, bine pregatit, conditii excelente de odihna si usoara relaxare la sfarsitul zilei prin piscina acoperita, sauna si jacuzzi. Sala pentru servit mic dejun nu se preteaza ca restaurant. |

Ubicación, interior moderno, diseño y confor, atención personal buena, hablando varios idiomas incluído el castellano. la entrada estaba de obras y no pudimos aparcar en la puerta del hotel, teniendo que pagar parking, carísimo, pero, es algo transitorio. |

Pas geopend hotel met nog enkele kleine kinderziektes, maar heel veel positief perspectief. Zeer goede ligging T.O.V. centrum en openbaar vervoer. Aangezien het hotel nog in z'n opstartingsfase is, de niet altijd even discrete werking van de mensen (externe) die nog bezig zijn aan de afwerking. |
