Мне не понравилось: 1.Нет рускоязычного персонала. 2.В номерах отеля, которые выходят в сторону городских термальных купален, спать просто невозможно. Очень сильный шум от круглосуточно работающей вентиляции. Этот шум слышен даже при закрытых дверях. А на ночь нужно приоткрывать двери для доступа свежего воздуха. 3.Проживание в отеле следует предлагать не только с полупансионом, а также только с завтраком.

Замечательный термальный курорт и отель расположен, как говорится, в "самом сердце". Персонал доброжелательный, но не бросающийся на помощь.

Возможность простого перехода из отеля к городским купальням и аквапарку. Хорошее обслуживание номеров. Чистота и уют в гостинице. Хорошее питание. Нет рускоязычного персонала. Тяжело общаться из за незнания языков. Следует учесть близость украинской границы и иметь в штате сотрудника с возможность общения на русском и украинском языках. Больше давать рекламы об отеле за рубежом ( Украина, Россия). Для увеличения гостей отеля, особенно в межсезонье, для тех кто хочет побывать в нем второй и более раз, предусмотреть скидки от действующего тарифа.

Az árban benne volt a strand és az Aqua Palace belépő is, és ez így teljesen korrekt ár volt.Köszönjük nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész és kedves. Az ellátás bőséges és választékos. Csak ajánlani tudom másoknak is.
