Loved the pool, the staff were great - English spoken was excellent. I had a corner room and it was huge!!!! But I guess the others were small. Easy to get to transportation throughout the city! I would go back! The room smelled a bit like smoke, but hey, you're in Europe :) |

Free Internet access is definitely an asset, as well as the opportunity to park the car for free in front of the hotel. All in all this hotel is definitely good value for money. I advise to ask for a room on the 2nd floor. |

50m swimming pool, location, staff Even though fair for the price, the breakfast could be richer. The ventilation of rooms (esp. bathrooms) facing the pool is not the best one either. |

The hotel is very nicely located close to Margaret island, to the city center and to the hill with the castle, which can easily be reached by using the public transport (little old but very efficient!) or by walking, if you like it. There is a huge swimming pool and the atmosphere is very nice. The swimming pool is used for training athletes of all ages. The activity starts very early in the morning (about 6 a.m.). We had a room at the ground floor, right in front of the swimming pool, which is probably not the best location if you are not there for training. |

The hotel was in a good location and its facilities very accessible. Very close to public transport links and also walking distance to tourist sites, shops and restaurants. Access to the swimming pool, good and the restriction on use was well publicised. The hotel's main complement should go to it's staff, who were all friendly and helpful. Our room was on the small side |

Nice swimming pool, to see all sportsmen there was also interesting, comfortable room, nice staff. Car parking under windows. Location - relatively far from the center, so necesary to clarify city transport Breakfast seemed for me somahow a little bit too poor, or need some variety |

Close to the center; possibility to park in front of the hotel; free and easy access to the pool Room was depressingly small and not practical at all, especially the tiny bathroom : If you sit on the toilet there is no space for your knees. The coat hangers don't even fit in the wardrobe. There is no space to walk around the bed and we could hear the neighbours loud and clear. We don't recommend the "Spanish" partner restaurant of the hotel, the "Poco Loco". |

Built in 1873 on the lush green and quiet Margaret Island in the centre of Budapest, the Danubius Grand Hotel Margitsziget reflects the turn-of-century atmosphere of a hundred years ago. |
Lying at anchor on the Pest-side of the city, next to the Margaret Bridge and opposite the beautiful Margaret Island, all sights and business areas are easily reachable from the Fortuna Boat Hotel. |
Behind its distinguished façade, located in the heart of Budapest, the old Grand Hotel Royal has been transformed into the superb, modern Corinthia Grand Hotel Royal. |
The Danubius Health Spa Resort Helia can be found right on the banks of the Danube river opposite the Margaret Island and offers you great conference, fitness and spa facilities. |
