It is a great deal and we like it
Good vakue for money
The hotel always plays "strange game* on Booking with room rates asking E.G. 500-600 Euros per room and night; be careful! In addition we had repeatedly problem and incovenient situation with reservation as they did not have it in the system and they said that booking was not done; after quite a while finally they gave us the room
breakfast is not very good, and the bad was dirty
Food Coffe Bad Bathroom tiles
Location is nice. Breakfast is good and the room is fairly clean. In general, it is good as one can save money.
The poor facilities prevented the staffs offering first class services to customers, such as the computer at the front desk, which needs to be replaced.
near to tram fitness free
hard to see smile on people in reception
Somebody's wedding on the ground floor with loud music that I can hear in my room till midnight
The freezer was jammed with block of hard ice and it was not useful at all. When I ask for help on the reception, I experienced very unhospitable approach and the staff play big bosses and have let me know that they did not care at all and have give me a dinner knife to brake the frozen ice block into the freezer compartment, and it does not work and at the same time the restaurant manager of the hotel refused to find some place for my frozen food. Well, I have paid what they have asked me and I was expecting much more treatment as a guest, but not as a beggar. The Internet router was operating only in the longue at front of the reception desk and when I have ask for a print of my rout for next day, I got only laughter from hotel staff. Both of the receptionists was chewing non stop and totally ignored me as a guest.
Good night sleep and reasonable breakfast. Proximity to Metro 4 and bus line 103 to Népliget coach station.
Some things would look nicer if they were modernized/upgraded, such as the room TV, the shower.
The location is very convenient as there are tram 19 and 49 which take you in 15 minutes to the centre. The staff is very hospitable, breakfasts are ample and tasty.
Everything was very nice
Easy access to city centre. Tram stop a few yards from hotel entrance. Hotel restaurant good, nice food at reasonable prices.
Cleanliness. Had to ask for new towels as those provided at first were threadbare and literally in holes. Had dubious stains on them. Also had a duvet cover changed as it had stains on it. Drainage from shower came up through a grid in the bathroom floor. Could not happily recommend this hotel.
Friendly staff, quite nice room, tram station in front of the hotel.
Poor breakfast, a little too far from city center.
Breakfast was okay.
The staff was not helpful. Communication problems. One woman in the reception was very impolite.
The hotel is close to the city centre. The neighbourhood is silent and calm. Prices are really good.
Bathrooms could be a bit renovated. Breakfast should include different types of food each day.
A comfortable hotel and a good buffet breakfast at a very low price. Conveniently situated with frequent trams to the centre, a ten minute ride away, stopping just outside. Staff were very helpful.
Some dodgy electric sockets and dusty corners, bathroom a bit antique. Horrid coffee!
It is OK just for one night.
Unhospitable staff and gray bedding
location - easy access to underground station or tram station for getting into the city center friendly staff, alowed us to keep our group bycicles in a designated storage room good internet conection
dinner in restaurant is not an option if you decide spontaneusly, they don't operate on a regular basis
Value for money. Fast Internet and good breakfast.
Cleaning wasn't very well. Very old furnishing as well as towels in the bathroom.
- very pure quality and cheap breakfast... - I booked/asked doube bed and we got 2 single bed (the hotel was nearly empty and I booked it several weeks before...)
Staff should smile and be happier.
There are many good things to say about the hotel. The location is not central (about 3 km from the center), but tram connection (lasting about 20 min.) at least one every 8 minutes into the center, and along the way the opportunity to change the connection to other sites. Nice the room was air conditioned in the hot summer. Good breakfast, but did not offer the wide variation from day to day, so after seven mornings ..... Nice large room with lots of closet space. In addition, small fridge, and the ability to boil water for coffee / tea. Free access to good fitness. We will gladly come again.
Not really much bad to say about the hotel, but a few things: The bathroom "slightly worn" - eg. needed the toilet seat replacement. Towels are changed every day, even though we hung the used neatly to dry. A note did not help - but perhaps misunderstood Roommaids my message. It's bad for the environment to change the towel every day!
price, breakfast and the staff
Exterior (it looks old, but it's not too bad)
The service for the price was good. It has easy access to public transportation.
It was little far from city center. None of the TVs worked. Our AC froze up during our stay and then dripped all over the floor.
Stuff is little bit confused, but in general it is ok. Breakfast is great.
