The fine chief the cook on kitchen - hundred thousand compliments. It is necessary for hotel to change all to the sanitary technician in thermal pool: Dirty black adjournment on hoses.

В общем все хорошо!Как обычный трех звездный отель!Хорошый термальный бассейн! В улучшенном номере в ванной комнате мало освящения и при включении света громко работает вентиляция и в туалете тоже!

die dusche mit vorhang nicht zufriedenstellend, der fernseher nicht funktionstüchtig u ohne teletext, auch zu alt u zu klein, keine klimaanlage, luft im zimmer zu trocken, auschreibung im internet nicht korrekt, da als 4-stern angeboten, buffetangebot auch nur bestenfalls durchschnittlich - alles in allem stimmt daher das preis-leistungsverhältnis nicht

V Hotelu Helios jsme strávili velmi odpočinkovou dovolenou, pocity jsou jen kladné. Možná by neškodilo lehká renovace hotelových pokojů, ale jinak maximální spokojenost. Pro odpočinek a relax plný saunování, výřivek a koupání mohu jen doporučit. Centrum Hevízu plné obchůdků a restaurací, opravdu hezké místo pro klidnou dovolenou..

Bonjour, J ai séjourné une nuit a L hotel. La terrasse du lounge bar est trop petite surtout quand il fait chaud. Les repas sont froids, j étais diner vers 20h Les fraises sans gout encore congelées dans le Yaourt Le jus d ananas qui est juste parfumé Le manque de fruits, période des cerises , melons, pasteques Douche installation eau chaude peu pratique Acceuil agréable a la reception Lit parfait

Hervorzuheben ist das gute Essen, der sehr schöne Park mit dem schönen Baumbestand, Swimmingpool und Thermalbad sowie das freundliche Personal und die gute Bedienung. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist sehr veraltet und die Hygiene in den Zimmern ist verbesserungswürdig.

ничто не понравилось в отеле. отель состоит из 2- х корпусов. когда делаешь заказ через booking, никто не описывает 2- ой корпус, который не соответствует гостинице даже с *. ремонт не делался лет 30, облупленные подоконники и мебель, все выходит из строя: унитаз, жалюзи и др. не соответствует цена и качество . никому не буду рекомендовать этот отель.

A szálloda könnyen megközeíthető, közel a fürdőhöz. A személyzet udvarias és kedves, az ételek finomak és a választék is elég széleskörű. A kert és a szabadtéri medencék nagyok és karbantartottak. A szoba felújításra szorulna, foltos volt a padlószönyeg, a tapéta, a légkondícionáló berendezés elavult volt és nagyon zajos. A törölközőket nem cserélték, a kifogyott papírtörlőt nem pótolták. A wifi többször nem működött. Némely szolgáltatás (pl. manikűr) hétvégén csak nagyon korlátozott időben volt elérhető, így aki csak hétvégére utazik, az ezekről könnyen lemaradhat.
