Nearness to other places in the city; cheap and buffet dinner had variety to choos from

Two very hot days with no air condintioning in the rooms; room television was not working for the two days

The location was excellent for visiting Debrecen University. However it is a shame that the front desk staff are not helpful in giving a little extra help in finding out if the guest has visited the location before or not. If it is the guest's first visit in the area then, to give better customer service for the first timer, it would be nice for them to tell a little about the hotel, the amenities near by: that is to say that there is a very nice indoor swimming pool, the tram service to the university and to Debrecen town and that there is a bus service too just by the hotel. Basically, if they can put themselves in the "Guest"s Shoe" and think what would they like to know if they were first timers in the area and also if they did not speak the local language. Having travelled far and near corners of the globe and having had the opportunity to stay in various hotel "stars" I felt that there was a serious lack in giving excellent service.

As I stayed for 2 nights - because of visiting the University, my bed had not been made, the television could not be swithced off manually as the remote did not work - so I had no sleep on the first night as the tv was on all night. Next morning I informed the front desk to solve this problem but there was no action taken - so I had to unplug the tv on the second night. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast were very good - a welcoming smile is great for the guest and the staff - and it keeps one looking young!!! Overall the food in the dining room was great! I will, however, not let this experience stop me from staying there again - and I hope that it can only be better!!!

Basen na terenie hotelu (w cenie).

Brak windy w niższej części hotelu. Stare wyposażenie pokoju (lata 70-te). Zaniedbana łazienka.

Acces usor,Aquaticum foarte aproape,mic-dejun copios,caldura,parcare,se vorbeste engleza.

Mobilier destul de vechi,camere nerenovate recent,aproape curat.

Das Hotel liegt im Grünen und mit der Straßenbahn ist man in ca.10 min.im Zentrum

ich habe an der Reception mitgeteilt das einige der angegeben TV Kanäle (Sport) nicht funktionieren.Dies wurde dankend zur Kenntnis genommen,aber bis zu meiner Abreise nicht repariert.Der leichten Schimmel in der Dusche wurde auch nicht entfernt
