I liked my room. All aspects of the room, the wardrobe, the bathroom, the service with clean towels and bathrobes every day. I liked my balcony with its view over the town. Some of the staff were very unhelpful - at the bar - the staff did not smile or look welcoming as I arrived as a tourist who had never visited Hungary. There was a reluctance to speak English and a preference for German The staff were not confident in using English |
