lage zum see gut, auch sehr leckeres frühstück, man fühlt sich ein bisl an alte sozialistische zeiten erinnert, massagebereich, ruhige lage.preise der getränke gut Zimmer nicht gut gereinigt, abendessen oft unappetitlich, das angeschlossene Hallenbad zu voll.aber man darf nicht vergessen es ist ein 3 *** hotel und nicht mit hotels in westeuropa zu vergleichen |

la variété et la qualité des buffet ( petit- déjeuner et repas), propreté de la chambre, les massages, le personnel de la réception, la situation de l'hôtel à 100 m du lac thermal, l'attention du personnel (gâteau de la saint Valentin offert à notre arrivée). |

posizione ottima , splendida vista (13 piani), buon rapporto qualità-prezzo,camere per fumatori. comunicazione del personale dell' hotel insufficente, parla strettamente ungherese, poco tedesco a fatica, inglese inesistente (eccetto il caporicevimento non sempre presente) Orari del ristorante, consiglio vivamente di recarsi almeno 40 minuti prima della chiusura o difficilmente troverete ancora qualcosa.Personale di sala sempre con l'orologio in mano e non sempre cordiale.Supplemento per il cane 12,00 euro al giorno (esagerato! il più alto mai pagato ) |

ich komme im märz wieder nach heviz und werde wieder im hotel panorama wohnen.das hotel ist so super zentral gelegen man kann so ziemlich alles mühelos ohne auto erreichen.mein auto stand wärend des aufenthaltes in der tiefgarage.noch ein plus für dieses hotel. das im badezimmer nicht richtig geputzt wurde.es war am abend noch der schmutzrand vom morgen in der dusche.auch im waschbecken.die enge ausfahrt in der tiefgarage.mit meinem kombi etwas schwierig. |
