Gar nichts. Das Essen war meistens kalt,der Service vom Personal im Speisesaal sehr schlecht,Besteck mußte teilweise selbst geholt werden,unfreundlich,keine Ansprechperson diesbezüglich.Das Hotel in Tapolca war dagegen eine wahre Freude.

Удобно для купания в озере,питание хорошее,клиника в отеле Когда я приехала в отель,мне отказали в услугах отеля/т.к. в отеле нет бассейна всем выдали талоны в бассейн при клиники или на озеро,мне отказали в услуге потому что я бронировала через Booking.com,когда меня соединили с переводчицей отеля Зиттой,она была очень зла и передала ,что очень не любит фирму и людей которые бронируют номер через Booking,пара из германии тоже бронировала через Воо..и получили все услуги и не было проблем.

хорошее расположение отеля. симпатичный номер. хорошее питание. первоначально предоставили номер другой, более низкой категории,чем был забронирован (эконом вместо супериора),ссылаясь. кстати, на заявку воокing.com. только когда указали на несоответствие цены и качества номера (совершенно случайно накануне отъезда на сайте отеля увидела более дешёвые номера),нам дали наш номер. ещё слишком многочисленные группы , возможно по соц.программам, иногда заполняли полностью ресторан ( второй же ресторан открывали только на праздничные мероприятия). иногда приходилось спускаться на ужин второй раз, т.к. все столы были заняты. но в первые дни приезда, когда не было массового заезда такой проблемы не возникало.

Midt i heviz. Gangavstand til termisk bad. høyt hotell. Rommet hadde balkong. Dårlig renhold. Badet var ikke rent nok i utgangspunktet. vinduet var grått av støv. Halvpensjon var kjedelig. Lite freshed. likegyldig resepsjonspersonale. hotellet bar tydelig preg av å ha gått ut på dato. Beskrivelsen på nett var noe helt annet enn den man fikk.

Raport calitate /pret foarte bun[in cazul nostru cu oferta speciala],amplasare in centrul statiunii,confortabil ,personal amabil,mancare buna. Ar trebui renovat exteriorul cladirii

Alapvetően meg voltunk elégedve, azonban a szobák klimatizáltsága nem megfelelő, bár a recepción - kérésre - biztosítottak ventilátort.
