the hotel staff was fantastic and very accommodating. The room was big enough and clean and quite comfortable.

This hotel has serious servicies, the food is variable (I was with my child and he is pretencious ....). The comfort is the best one and the price was perfect for the trip with my family. I will recomand everyone this place. Thank you.

I cant use the balcon because the door was bloked.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good and enough.

It was extremely noisy, the windows could not be shut very well and the traffic was loud all night. There was no light on the ceiling and the clerk said it would be fixed but it wasn't until we left (aprox 24 hours)

1) Location : away from the city ; ideal for cars or allow for time for public transport. Environment is green. 2)Quality of hotel : For the rate it was excellent. But some things surprised me for this categary of hotel : one of our two rooms did not have towels, and we were delivered only one after asking [not even sure it was clean]. The sheets were really thin and short (seems to be a tradition in Hungary, but not likely to satisfy the international customer). The equipment (toilets, furniture) were "tired" (old fashioned, long used, some minor parts broken). Definitely not a hotel to accept at any rate.

The location of the hotel is very nice in a pleasant and quiet zone of Budapest. It is not very far from city center (15-20 minutes of driving). The rooms are very clean and the hotel staff is friendly. As a conclusion, the value for money is excellent if you intend to stay in a nice area and to visit the city center.

The room was different as the proposed photos on the internet. The photos on the internet are from 4 stars department of the hotel and we had a room from 3 stars department of the hotel. We did not have air-conditioning, mini-bar, old furniture. Overall, the room was different as we excepted.

Absolutely everything! We were given much more than we paid for. We were really concerned after reading all those bad reviews before booking the room. However, we could not find any double room at the same price if not lower. Therefore, we just wanted to give it a try. We were so glad we stayed there, it was well worth it! Very friendly and helpful staff, most of the staff spoke English well, the overall service was excellent * paid for a double room at a much cheaper rate other hotels, however given an apartment with everything in it! The view from the room was amazing; the rooms were very clean and given clean towels everyday. Everything in the room, such as heater, air conditioner and so on worked perfectly. Nice and fresh buffet breakfast every morning! There was a frequent bus service (every 10 minutes) to the city centre. Nice swimming pool that was opened between 3 pm and 8 pm. Metro station Moszkva tér (Moscow Square) is about 15 minutes by bus from the hotel. Only one thing that we notice was that there was no shop nearby. However, there is nice restaurant and bar in the hotel. If we were to go back to Budapest, then we would definitely be staying here. We would recommend it to anybody, no matter whether they are single, couple or family with young children.
