It was really nice price and quite close to airport so I could catch my flight in the morning.
I stayed there for 2 nights, and I was alone, or at most one person slept in the other room during the 2nd night. There is a 3rd room, however no one stayed there, it was even locked. The flat and its surroundings and also the neighbours are quiet (and I heard no noise of airplanes at all). Smooth running checking out (I left very early in the morning).
There was no towel at all, not even a small one for my hands. It did not appeared in the description of House Rizike. As the floor is very cold, rugs would be useful.
Location, when you looking for say it is near Airport, only one resson i choise, 9km say booking.com' and is absolutly False, is very far airport and dificult get there
Small 3-room-flat. Very clean, comfortable bed, new windows, microwave, electric boiler. Every room can be locked separately, the entrance door has a security lock and alarm system. The location, of course, is not in the centre, it takes you 30-40 minutes to get to the centre, but there are frequent and very punctual buses, bus stop Szent Kereszt ter. Definitely do use public transport, a taxi would probably cost you a fortune. All schedules are on page bkk.hu/en and the buses 97E and 169E connect you with Örs vezér tere, from where the metro line M2 to keleti palyaudvar and the centre (parliament) starts. But check on a map where the bus stop of 97E and 169E at Örs vezér tere is located so that you would find it straight away (there are many other stops all around). Buy 24 hour ticket or 72 hour ticket (you have to specify, if it should be valid "from now" or from some other time and date). Cause the other tickets allow you only max. one change or the standard ticket no change of means of transport. The price is maybe the cheapest you can get and for that you get maximum comfort I would say (depends on what standards you have, for some even a five star hotel is not good enough...). The owners speak Hungarian, I had a Hungarian friend to accompany me there, but even for foreigners it´s a very good accommodation. It calls itself hostel, but it can´t be compared with one. You don´t have to share your room with a foreign person, even if you travel alone. And there can be I think max. 6 people at one time and you may even have the good luck (sadly, not for the owners) that you will be alone there. Grocery shop (Tesco) is very near, also, some kind of market and a park.
Sadly, my wifi connection stopped working for me the other day. It was perfect the first day and then just so slow that it loaded max. only Skype, which operates mostly locally offline as a program. I don´t know if some limit has been crossed, but it was just a small inconvenience. I don´t think I personally downloaded that much, but maybe those before me... Also, there are barely any forks and table knifes, only plastic spoons etc. So maybe if you need them, bring your own. But everything else is there, mugs, pots, a bowl... Also, bring your own towel and shampoo. The toilet flushing and fridge are quite loud when they operate.
We visited Budapest just for one night in waiting for our next flight to our destination. It takes less than an hour by public transport to get there. Close to supermarkets and buses. The owner explained everything to us. There were no other guests in the House Ritzke, so it felt like we had the whole apartament to ourselves and it felt comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need
no complaints. you get what you pay for
The rooms are clean, wi-fi, there is a kitchen that has everything you need.
Far away from the center of the city
The rooms are clean, wi-fi, there is a kitchen that has everything you need. After making the reservation, you can call them, but only between 8:00 and 20:00 Basically, what you see is what you get! ps. I left 2 beers in the fridge, drink in my honor ;)
It is too far from the center of the city, but we knew that before making the reservation.
I like instalations and privacity
it is too far from city and services
