I felt good, it is a pleasant and quiet place in the noise of the city . And the location is perfect for the concerts at Papp Laszlo Arena.

Hard to find

Despite being a little hard to find, (look for Hungaria 71 in gold letters on the Hungaria Korut, then you will need to ring the bell for someone to let you in) this is a really great value place to stay in Budapest - and though it's fairly basic, it's location makes it attractive as it is practically opposite to Egressy ut tram stop on line 1, and 5 minutes walk away from the Puskas Ferenc Stadion metro stop that can take you straight to the city centre. Small but clean room, for a really great price, friendly staff plus a free internet room in the basement, and fridge, kettle, washing machine etc in the foyer. As a young couple there for a weekend it was fine.

As highlighted in some other reviews, the walls are fairly thin and the room we stayed in had a tendency to get very warm - but these minor things did not detract from the overall positive experience of this budget option in Budapest.

Since we were travelling by bus, getting to/from the int'l bus station was pretty easy and fast. Only a few stops away by tram. It's also close (7 min walk) to the metro line that leads straight to the city center and all the interesting spots.

Our triple bed room was super tiny. I took the upper bunk bed that pretty much went to the roof. Sound insulation was very poor. Better not be doing any private stuff otherwise everyone in the building could hear :) Neighborhood was quite shady. From our window we saw an abandon apartment block and slum areas. Be very careful when coming home at night!

Too small a room, no cupboard to leave the things, I was alone in a 2 bed room, for me it was not that bad but for 2 people they wouldn't have place to leave the luggage. I would recommend it only for a very short trip with almost no luggage.Check in time is very limited and you cannot leave the luggage if you arrive sooner or leave later

A kedves szemelyzet, fogadtatas, szivelyes segitokeszseg. Nyugodt, csendes szallas, teljes pihenesre ad lehetoseget Szobahoz tartozo tiszta, szep zuhanyozo wc. Televizio- 30 csatorna kozul lehet valasztani - a szobaban szinten nagyon jo Jo kikapcsolodas. A vendeghazat korulvevo fas kornyezet. Mindenkinek tudom ajanlani, aki Ilyen szallasra vagyik. A kozlekedesi lehetoseg szinten kivalo, a Guesthouse megis zajmentes.Talan Legkozebb is szinten ezt vendeghazat fogom valasztani!

Talan kis vaszonszekreny a ruhaknak.

Petit hôtel parfait pour un voyageur seulr, situation plus qu'idéale, se trouve sur le boulevard près du stade Puskas (bien regarder le n° car pas trop visible de la rue), le tram en face, le métro à 100 m. Pas de possibilité de manger dans l'établissement mais quelques petits restos sympas se trouvent facilement dans le quartier. Je le recommande vivement pour de courts séjours.
