Il Gallo Nero (Fekete Kakas Étterem és Panzió)  

I loved my stay there, the staff speaks english and italian, and are always there for you! The rooms are very clean and tidy, and it's near the city center!!! 15 minutes walk!

Easy access to the pension , parking on the street next to the building. Good looking restaurant , but the food should be improved . It is ok for 1 night stay , if you do not have other alternative .

No lift in the building , single room was small . I had to ask for proper pillow , there was not one when I arrived . You can hear everything from the coridor . Cleanliness of the room should be improved - hairs on the floor . Too much kitchen/cooking smell around whole pension.

Il Gallo Nero is a very nice inn in a quiet residential area of the small Hungarian city of Szombathely; it was perfectly located for us visiting nearby family. Our room was in the house next door to the main building where the very good restaurant is. The room was most likely the "front room" of the house, with a bay window and plenty of space. The bathroom was just fine. Overall, staying there was a very pleasant experience. The breakfasts were ample with a number of choices of items; plenty to eat! We recommend this place with enthusiasm. Price was also very good.

The only thing we would suggest is that they need to have extra pillows on hand (Americans like a couple pillows for each person!), so they took pillows out of an empty room for us.

The Il Gallo Nero (Fekete Kakas étterem és Panzió) is a very clean place to stay with a restaurant on the premises for breakfast and other meals. It is not a large place but very accommodating. We have nothing but praise for this business and highly recommend it to anyone.

Nice hotel on the edge of town. 25 min walk from the railway station. The receptionist spoke good English and was very helpful. Sadly their restuarant closed at 8pm

If you come late you will probably get only 1 answer for any question "nincs". They can communicate only in hungarian. At 10 pm. everything is closed and there is no one with whom you can talk. I don't recommend this hotel.

Well maintained and clean accommodations. Good parking, good food and pleasant staff, in particular Gyongyi. It is located within an easy walking distance to the city centre.

Should have a larger TV in the room. The one we had was quite small and placed so it was difficult to watch.

Clean and well furnished spacious room in quiet environment. Nice and moody Italian restoran belongs to the Pansion (in a separate building). Free parking possibility even in the court of the Pansion.

Morning breakfast is a but poor (it is on your choice from a menu, not self service buffet type) - a bit dry rolls, no butter and jam.

Am besten sind die 31 ungarischen tv programme und kein einziges in deutsch wenn die im internet sich befindlichen bilder mit zimmer 6 decken würden wäre das ein nettes hotel aber mal schauen beim nächsten mal wird alles besser sein....

К отелю мы приехали в час ночи. Тем не менее нас ждали. Номер был большой. Кол-во различных шкафов и тумбочек поразило. Сюда вполне можно привозить весь свой гардероб. В столе нашли мини-холодильник, правда напитки предоставляются за отдельную плату. Завтрак на среднем уровне, стандартный набор для европейского шведского стола: колбасная нарезка, сыр, йогурт, фрукты, орехи и хлопья. Чисто, уютно, красиво и дешево.

В этом отеле долгий процесс заселения, а точнее оформления. Вам дадут бланк для заполнения. 10-15 минут не так и много, но всё же формальность лишняя. К слову сказать за поездку мы побывали в десяти отелях и единственной формальностью было поставить подпись в чеке и получить пароль к wifi. Персонал не говорит и не понимает по английски.

Très bel hôtel, grande chambre très bien équipée avec un grand lit très confortable (2 sommiers,2 matelas ),petit coin salon avec 2 fauteuils et même un frigo.L'hôtel est calme ,situé à moins d'un km de tout ce qu'il y a à voir à Sombathély.Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié.Le parking privé est gratuit.Nous y avons aussi mangé le soir (restaurant pas hongrois,mais italien :excellent repas). Tout çà pour 80€ .Donc excellent rapport qualité-prix
