Nice and helpful staff, good location close to Andrássy and Oktogon, and a fair price. Clean and safe. Staff entering the hotelroom using own key to "check the minibar" - not very professional. Shampoo bottles not refilled every day. |

The hotel was beautifully furnished, had excellent facilities, rooms were spacious and clean; staff were exceptionally helpful and efficient, and location was fabulous. The best hotel/apartment we stayed in on our entire European trip! Can't fault anything. |

What a pleasant surprise walking in through the entry doors! Gorgeous interior, helpful staff, nice adequate buffet breakfast and yes - a washer and dryer in the basement - free! But remember the washer takes 90 mins and the dryer forever. Don't do like I did - and end-up have to packe the damp, un-dried clothes to catch our train . . . Nothing to complain about. Enjoyed our stay very much. |

The Staff is amazing, always very kind (even in the middle of the night!!!) and polite and full of helpful suggestions, the hotel is really great and you really can't find anything better for this price... "classic" suite room are good for 3 people and have all kind of comforts also the position is very good as it's just 5-10 mins away from Oktogon square |

Our apartement was quite spacious,clean,calm and modern decorated.Its location was extremely convient as the metro station was three minutes on foot.the view to the garden was really fantastic.a great choice to spend few or more days in BUDAPEST.value for money It would be nice if the extra bed would be a regular bed in separate space,may be separated by a furnishing for example.two pillows needed for balcony.more toilet items.otherwise perfect |

Staff was always extremly helpful, service minded, with great attitude and friendly. Special thanks to Gerko and the receptionists. AMazing how I felt welcome. The room is big and all the facilities are up with best standards. Breakfast was very good too. Well, location was not as good as it could be. And in the first day air conditioning was not working so they had to change me for another room giving some hard time, since I already had unpacked everything.... but that was compensated with a lot of kind attention from reception. |

The team at Izabella are the friendliest, most efficient, resourceful people we have come across (we've stayed in dozens of hotels across Europe). Location was perfect - just off lovely Andrassy Ut. 2 min walk to metro. Spacious, modern and clean apartments with a gorgeous coutyard. Highly Recommend!!! |

I loved the fact that we had also a living room + kitchen, it made our relaxing at the hotel perfect. Also the hotel is very central located, very close to nightlife than to the Danube sightseeing, which I find more important (closeness during the night than during the day). Also the Metro station just 30 m. outside makes it very easy to go everywhere in the city. They should clean and change the towels - once a week is too little. |

Very nice, spacious apartments, fully equiped kitchen. Excellent location, metro station just 100 meters from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The information on the web site was somewhat misleading, I booked apartments for 4 people, it turned out that these were one-bedrooms flats with two extra beds - quite inconvenient for adults. However, the staff was extremely helpful and managed to change the flats with certain rotations. Thank you! |

Apartment style rooms made a family stay very easy and comfortable and the staff sorted out a customer service problem well by upgrading us to a sister hotel in the city The hot water system could not cope so we ended up with cold showers. However when this was pointed out to the staff they upgraded us to a sister 5 star hotel in the city for no extra charge |

Excelent location, friendly stuff, rooms are spacious enough and with nice interier Should be nice if do the rooms everyday and change the towels without asking and additional charge. The "Classic Suite for 3 People" means one Double room (not even Twin) + camp bed wich was not excelent for 3 friends. |

conveniance, friendly staff who where knowledgable of the city & entertainmet options. The rooms where clean and comfortable. poor explination about room type/ suite- it not being clear that 1 suite meant one room- even thought there are 3 rooms the booking only INCL. 1 room 1 bathroom thus charge for 1 room in the suite while the other 2 remained locked. |

This was a great place for us to stay. We had a one-bedroom apartment/suite, which was nicely stocked and comfortable, kitchen with everything, dining table, sitting area, etc... Even free washer and dryer/ We weren't aware that there is no daily maid service as in a normal "hotel", but that wasn't a problem for us, in fact, we liked sleeping in. They still emptied trash and checked in. |

Huoneistomme oli tilava, valoisa, siisti ja riittävän hyvin varustettu lyhyelle vierailulle. Näkymä sisäpihan puutarhaan ja korttelin kattojen yli (4. krs) oli vaikuttava. Palvelu oli erittäin huomaavaista ja ystävällistä. Myös hotellin sijainti on erinomainen: sieltä on kävelymatka keskustan nähtävyyksien luo ja suureen Westend-kauppakeskukseen. Kolmannen henkilön vuode oli hetekamainen, taitettava varavuode, mikä ei vastannut huoneiston varustelun muuta tasoa. Laadukas vuodesohva olisi ollut parempi vaihtoehto. |

Los servicios de un apartamento completo y el mobiliario, muy nuevo. La tranquilidad. Cometieron un error, cobrándonos de más en la VISA nada más llegar. Aunque bloquearon en seguida ese importe, en mi cuenta no desapareció el bloqueo hasta un día después de haber pagado al contado, cuando me fui. También cometieron un error al cargar una consumición nuestra a la factura de otros españoles que se alojaban en el hotel. La habitación no se limpia ni mudan las sábanas y toallas más que una vez a la semana, y tampoco hay utensilios de limpieza para que lo haga el cliente (sólo una escobilla y recogedor de mano, cortos e incómodos) |
