The hotel is located in a nice area and within easy reach of the town centre. The room was comfortable and the service very friendly. The air-conditioning in the room was very noisy and during the night the room was too warm. To regulate it one had to telephone the reception which I think is too complicated. Some fruit for breakfast would be nice. |

Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos. O apartamento era limpo, silencioso, com banheiro impecável e sempre com água quente. Fica muito próximo do Centro de Convenções (5 min a pé), e do shopping MOM. Passam ônibus e trams próximos que vão ao centro da cidade e à praça MOSKVA. Transporte não é problema. Que a direção do hotel distribua aos turistas estrangeiros um resumo com um conjunto de informaçoes praticas sobre transportes, pois isso economiza algum tempo e facilita a vida do turista. E que a front desk venda tickets de transporte, como fazem outros hoteis. |

Das Hotel ist in hervorragendem Zustand, weil neu und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend. Natürlich ist das Hotel dem Preis entsprechend einfach, aber ideal für Kurzaufenthalt / Business-Übernachtung. Der kostenlos bereitgestellte Internetzugang über Kabel ist auch ein grosses "Plus". |
