The location of the hotel was excellent and peaceful. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. We had a great time!

The door lock was hard to handle and got jammed Many times and 2 light bulbs broke down during our stay. Jacuzzi was not working.

The apartment was nice and the staff willing to help.

No WiFi on the second floor, although promised in the whole hotel. Staff sometimes not easy to find. The apartment not so well maintained.

Huge clean rooms with balconies, price ok, nice and kind staff at the reception, quiet location close to everything

I wish they had a little better breakfast and better sheets for the 3rd bed

Хорошее местоположение,приветливый персонал,просторный двухкомнатный номер с кухней,WI-FI,есть бесплатная, стоянка для автомобилей,сейф.

Скудный,однообразный завтрак,нет горячего питания(омлета или сосисек),в последний день уезжали рано,за завтрак деньги не возратили.Лучьше завтрак не брать ,а готовить в номере самому.Не работала ванна джакузи,которая была в рекламе отеля.

Das Apartment war sehr groß mit viel Platz, weil Schlafraum getrennt, dann Bad und Toilette extra, Küche mit Essplatz und ein Wohnraum vorhanden waren. Die Dame vom Empfang, die gleichzeitig auch für das Frühstück zuständig war, war stets äußerst freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat alles für unser Wohlergehen getan und zum Beispiel auch Sonderwünsche hinsichtlich des Frühstücks erfüllt. Das haben wir alles als sehr angenehm empfunden

Zu beanstanden ist, dass in der gesamten Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes (vom 31.12.11 bis 07.01.12) unser Apartment nicht gereinigt wurde. Weder das Bad und Küche noch der Fußboden. Da keine Reinigungsgeräte im Apartment vorhanden waren, konnten wir das auch nicht selbst vornehmen. Das hat uns nicht gefallen.

A személyzet rugalmassága egyedülálló, illetve az ár-érték arány is nagyon megfelelő.

Slabá navigácia v meste, mať viac tabuliek na stojanoch v meste

Temiz, sade, mutfakli, kasaba merkezinde, termal havuza yakin, balkonlu, otoparkli yaklasik 60 metrekare dairede kaldik. Kahvalti dahildi. Fiyat- kalite acisindan cok iyiydi. Kasim ayi icinde gecelik yaklasik 50 euro ödedik.Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!

Sezon olmadigi icin resepsiyonda daima kimse yoktu, fakat gerektiginde telefonla ulasabiliyorsunuz. Vardigimizda binanin kapisinda yazan notu görüp telefonla arayarak ulastik. Bu konuda bir sorunla karsilasmadik; ama belirtmek istedim. Daire kapilarini kitleme biraz ilgincti, ama resepsiyonist bu konuda bilgilendiriyor. Kolu ilk önce yukari dogru kaldirip, sonra anahtari ceviriyorsunuz, kapi böylece kitlenmis oluyor.

Месторасположение

Белье, полотенца не меняли весь срок пребывания. Уборки номеров нет. Завтрак очень скромный.

Die Zentrum nahe Lage, der kleine Laden nebenan mit den wichtigsten Lebensmittel. Allgemein zu Ungarn: Am besten ist es alles in Forint zu zahlen.

Tutto perfetto: cortesia, pulizia, posizione, una splendida ed abbondante colazione, jacuzzi e sauna compresi nel prezzo

Se proprio deve trovare un difetto, manca l'aria condizionata. Ma il posto è ventilato, in camera c'è un ventilatore ma non l'abbiamo nemmeno usato (in collina sul lago si sta bene)
