The breakfast in the hotel is extreme international, there are no local dishes. Basically the breakfast is not as good as one could expect. |

Very pleasant staff and an understated efficiency. Being quoted a full price and then being hit with a tax on top of that. |

You have to pay for absolutely everything with prices that could make any Hungarian laugh! Breakfast could be included and you could give away some things now and again (like a one use swim suit that costs 10 EUROS!!) |

Hotel was perfectly adequate - what you would expect of an international business establishment. Food and especilaly drinks were expensive -aimed at business travellers and conference attendees on expenses. Would recommend a number of coffee houses a short walk away as better coffee, a wider selection of cakes and better value for money-although not the Gerbaud -vastly overated. Try Central kavehaz |

Location good, very helpful staff and customer service No kettle or coffee/tea making facilities in room. Price of extras (films, food,mini-bar) were very excessive compared to all other similar hotels I've stayed in. I didn't buy any of these as a result as felt they were a rip-off. Need a fan or moving air within the gym as quickly got too hot |

Staff was very friendly, professional and responsive, room was nice and comfortable. I don't have a problem with paying a premium for in-room convenience bars and restaurants in the hotel, but the prices for such things in this case were beyond rediculous--in some cases a factor of ten over what comperable things cost nearby. Based on this, I would never again stay in a Kempinski Hotel. Once they have you inside, they absolutely gouge you for anything you buy. |

The Hotel had a very upmarket contemporay feel about it. Very spacious I didn't like the fact that I had purchased a package including breakfast. And when I came to pay despite the fact that I had clarrified this breakfast had been added to the bill. |

The location was good and the hotel and the room was clean The plumbing is real bad. The water, during the shower, would get hot and cold so harshly that my skin got sensetive and I hated taking a shower. They lied when we asked when it would get fixed and that left a bitter taste in our mouth since we were expecting a 5 star hotel. |

Wi Fi internet free in the room. Use of the spa included in room rate. There was no specific bar, the lounge area doubled up as breakfast room and bar. Drinks were terribly expensive. |
