A very beautiful luxury hotel and perfectly located. We were welcomed with such style and courtesy and shown all the facilities.The room was truly superb, in fact, perfect. Even more amazing was the food in the hotel which was beautifully presented and was delicious. Breakfast was a feast. The waiter service was wonderful, room cleaning perfect and finally the concierge service the best one can have. A wonderful experience. Truly a 5 star hotel. When in Budapest, I will stay nowhere else. |

Our room was spacious. Breakfast was outrageously expensive, you either have "breakfast included" or be prepared to pay $50p/p or more. we where paying first class and there was black water coming out of the faucets and into the toilet.....and when we told the hotel staff they said it was not their fault, but the city works outside the hotel...could not do anything about it.... |

yeah, receptionist suppose to give me a wake up call at 4:00 am which he didnot give me any wakeup call and i was about to miss my flight at 7:00 am. Secondly when i order dinner from room service, there was no butter with bread no lemon with atlantic salmon. I mean these are the things which you cant accept from kempinski hotels. |

It was fine. My wife was there for a business meeting and I joined her. We only stayed there two nights. I think they need to rethink the showers. The shower has that very European half door, which the other hotels we stayed at had regular shower curtains. And the shower head was located about at my our shoulder level, which meant you had to bend over to wash your hair or hold it up...something again the other places we stayed at were much better. |

Location was nice, although there are hotels with better locations. Hotel lounge was nice. There were no prostitutes in the lounge or hanging out around the hotel. Le Meridien is directly next door in case you are trying to decide between the 2. 5 star for European standards I guess. Staff were extremely nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Provided Iron and Ironing board upon requests. Pillows weren't the best. That's about it. |

The hotel rooms were very very warm, I had the air con on to 5degrees and on full and it didnt make a bit of differance! |

The food was horrible, the wireless internet did not worked as stated in your advertisement. Worst of all the hotel is surrounded by prostitutes both in the lobby, bars and outside at nighttime. They hassle the guests with the approval of staff. The staff even give them free drinks and converse with them as friends. |
