Almost all apartments have a central A/C system, individually adjustable in the flats.
The street of the flats (Király street) and the area offers various type of restaurants including pubs and places serving Hungarian, Mediterranean, Asian and Italian cuisine.
The area of the flats is very rich of the possibilities of the entertaining: shops and lifestyle-galleries for the ladies,
clubs, shops, coffee houses and the Hungarian speciality pubs for the young, museums and churches for the lover of art. The sights and nightlife attractions are within walking distance.
Payment: the payment is in cash (HUF, EUR) upon arrival.
Please note that bookings of 3 or more apartments for the same period are only possible upon request.
Parking is possible in public garage 100 metres from the building of the apartments.
The use of the A/C is upon request against extra charge.

Yes, everything was fine. I could recommend this hotel to everybody who want to live in historical center close to sightseeing for the reasonable price. Quality/price is exellent. |

kind personel, they helped on our accomodation. whenever we will come back we will check for a free room once again. we will recomend it to our friends although we asked if it was ok to park on a free parking area and local people said it is ok, we got fined twice between less than 4 hours, from a company that is not responsible for free parking areas, as we have been informed through internet. why do you let that company to act that way? |

Overall ok but in need of either a refurbishment or a thorough cleaning. I used a bed settee and it was very stained. On the positive side it was fairly cheap and very close to the things of interest |

Location was great (in walking distance from the train station) and size of the two room apartment was excellent for two. Worth for the money. No connecting problems to access free internet. |

I really enjoyed everything about it. The staff, the security, the apartment, the services, An overall rating of 10 out of 10 . My girlfriend and i really had a wonderful time during our stay . People were so friendly and helpfull, which made our stay very enjoyable. Definately going back for another holliday soon. |

smart, clean apartments excellent location. washing liquid, coffee filters all included... things normally you have to go and buy even if staying a couple of nights. |

Modern apartments in fantastic location within walking distance of places of interest, shops, bars and restaurants. The only negative thing is that the flat we were in was above the carpark entrance which meant that early in the morning you could hear the cars clunking over the grates as they entered and left. |

I stayed at the King Apartments for 4 nights in October 2009. From the initial booking to leaving everything went like clockwork. The apartment was of a very high standard with absolutely everything you would need. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the location was perfect. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Budapest and would definately stay there again. |

The location is perfect and the staff was really helpful. The size of the appartment was just huge. There was an awful smell in the bathroom, I think that some problems with the pipes, otherwise perfect. |
