The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Loved that they greeted us at checkin with brochures and info on the city and booked our tours for us. Breakfast we also good. The shower leaked all over the floor. The pillows were terribly uncomfortable. Breakfast meal was very good, but dinner was not so good. |

Very good price, fast internet connection in room, polite and helpful staff, good selection of food at breakfast. Shower design made it very easy to get water on bathroom floor. |

Very central and handy for all sights, good base to explore the city, I thought the breakfast had a good selection for all. Some of the reviews mention noise in the rooms, we weren't disturbed by any noise. The air conditioning was a bit noisy as thel room had an individual unit rather than a central unit feeding into all rooms, but not a major concern. |

Most of all I liked the friendliness and staff atitude. Their behaviour was great. Service provided was excellent. some cleaness improvement would be an advantage. It was dusty in the room I got. |

We stayed at this hotel for one night and it was awful - the room smelt - not sure what of but I had to open the window when we arrived because I couldn‘t stand the smell - my husband was kept awake because he slept against the bathroom and there was a sound of running water - even though no taps were on - in the morning we were put off breakfast by a member of staff who had obviously not even... |

I liked the location, staff were very helpful and rooms basic but clean The breakfast was very poor, there was no real bar. lots of noise on streets early in the morning. only two english speaking channels on tv in hotel room |

nothing, nothing, nothing....for at least 15 words.The profesionalism of the front desk employes does not warn me about the following disaster. The hotel is very noisy. I heard my neighbour voices very clear. The carpet in the hotel has chewing gum sticked on it and very dirty. I have to wash up my closet, it was very dirty. I made shower and my room also. The breakfast was poor and cold. |
