Authentic & old building, cozy & warm rooms, but hotel itself reminded me more 3 stars hotel, not 4 (quite old facilities in the bathroom, cheap quality doors in the room etc.) But in general everything was fine and comfortable to me, no complaints. Very nice breakfast. Free & safe parking.

The hotel was excellent, room was large with 2 bathrooms. We ate in the hotel. Staff was attentive and accommodating. In a city that caters to lg hotels, this was a real find. In a quiet street away from Lk. Balaton. While we did not use the thermal spas, we found this hotel a retreat and an excellent stop between Budapest and Lake Plitvice area. Charming!!!

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter sind kompetent und sehr freundlich. Das angebotene Menü war stets ausgezeichnet.

Ontzettend attent personeel! Pas een maand in dienst en héél professioneel. Jammer, maar geen onoverkomelijk probleem was dat de wekdienst niet werkte.

Das Hotel sticht in Heviz durch seinen Stil heraus. Es liegt hervorragend. Man kann im Hotel essen oder kann die günstigeren Resaurants in 5 Minuten Fußweg. Das Hotel liegt zwar in Reichweite des Thermalsees, ist aber dennoch weit entfernt, da das Hotel auf dem Berg liegt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt über dem Eingang. Die Leute waren sehr leise und störten uns nicht, doch leider war das auch der Raucheraufenthaltsort. Der Rauch ist uns morgens schon ganz früh und abends ins Zimmer gezogen. Das ist leider sehr unangenehm.

Stanza tipo forno incandeswcente perchè a ovest e priva di tende oscuranti, solo due bustine di gel shower, biancheria da letto di pessimo tessuto sintetico (pulita?). Ho chiesto un'altra stanza. Ma anche in questa ho rilevato materasso e guanciali di pessima qualità, non ho riposato per niente. Il tutto è inadeguato alla apparenza esterna dell complesso e alla qualifica di 4 stelle.

Hotel z klimatem. Spokojny, cichy, romantyczny.Dobra kuchnia i sprawna obsługa. Doskonała lokalizacja z dala od zgiełku miasta, a jednocześnie blisko do jeziora i do centrum miasta. brak klimatyzacji w pokoju co jest niedopuszczalne w czterogwiazdkowym hotelu. Dało się bardzo to odczuć przy upalnej pogodzie.

Es war immer sehr sauber, sehr freundliches und gut geschultes Personal. Frühstücksbuffet war immer sehr gut und ausreichend. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. War für uns mit Sicherheit kein 4-Stern Hotel. 3 Sterne wären ok! Zuschläge und Sondertarife - dies finde ich absolut Falsch! Hier in der Schweiz, wie auch in Österreich wäre dies eher ein Billigangebot mit teuren Extras.
