Location in old center of Gyor, old carmelite nunnery. But this needs to be better explored. The Klaustrom history needs to be better published and call visitors attention in your hotel pack. Since the location is so perfect, maybe include a hotel newsletter with more information about the places surrounding the hotel for visitors staying for a short period, with opening times (churches, masses, museums, shows, festivals, spas, etc. Your reception staff was fine, informing about hotel parking and time schedule, but does Internet give information about parking? The reception layout/decoration is a bit messy, giving a bad initial impression. Breakfast was very good. More English language is needed all over Hungary!!! Only German!!! |

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, even print out bus schedule for us!! Most staff speak perfect English. They honored our request from booking.com for a room facing the courtyard. Spacious room, clean and quiet. Nice bathroom with ample hot water and good water pressure. Everything works perfectly! Great location in the heart of the city center - you can see the hotel from train station, no need for taxi! One of our favorite hotels in Hungary!!! Wireless didn't work. TV reception wasn't good. |

As it was a cloisters previously, the essence of this has stayed and is of great value. The location in Gyor old city is excellent, the beds were comfortable and the room was adequate. Satellite TV was poor, and the breakfast was really only worth the 5 Euros charged (very basic). There is no bar or real place to sit and relax in this hotel, but it is good value for it's location and general comfort. |

Die Umwandlung des ehemaligen Klosters in ein Hotel ist geglückt.Die Klosterzellen wurden stilvoll als Hotelzimmer adaptiert. Zimmer in den Innenhof absolut ruhig. Absaugung in WC und Bad Sehr laut und lange Zeit anhaltend. |

Liniste. Solicitudinea receptionerului. La plecare, desi erau 4 persoane care pareau angajati la receptie, nici unul nu a venit sa puna la loc lantul care asigura parcarea, fapt care a trebuit sa-l facem noi, facand sa astepte un autobuz. Mai multa atentie in parcare la plecare, parcarea fiind pe o strada cu trafic. Micul dejun un pic mai devreme. |
