Situated 1 km outside of Hévíz, this family and spa resort has 2 restaurants. There is a vast indoor playground and babysitting services are provided by qualified professionals. Rooms at Kolping Hotel are spacious, and they all have a satellite TV and minibar. Changing and bathing units for babies are available upon request. The huge indoor playground Boboland includes a multi-level play castle and a games room. There is also an aquapark for families, pedal go kart facilities and adventure playgrounds. The adults-only wellness section includes indoor pools, saunas and steam baths. There is also a beauty centre and hairdresser. Very nice place for families with small children which are almost 100% of all the guests there. Nice place to be in during the cold or rainy weather since all the facilities are connected and do not require you to go outside in oder to move around. Even better during the sunny, warm period since outdoors also give opportunity for children to play and enjoy their time (pool, playgrounds, a lot of green areas...). Rooms are very good, interior design is very pleasent, cleaned every day, look new alomst as not used before. Small thing, but almost non of the info except one in the restorant is in English. This is not a problem since most of the staff speaks the language, or if they dont they are polite and trying to help you anyway. Few more english tv channels would be good (there was only one, but not for children). Price is high, this is not a cheep fun to have with your kids, but if you can afford it, you will not regret later on.

Kinderzimmer Speisesaal Kinder indoorspielplatz Essen Kinder sind Willkommen- das spürt man -Fenster nicht komplett abdunkelbar! -Moskitos !!! -Personal teilweise unfreundlich/uninteressiert -Sehr lange Wege, tw. Geht man besser außen herum,weil durch den Gang ist es ewig. (Draußen fressen einen allerdings die Moskitos)

príjemné zariadenie predovšetkým pre rodiny s malými deťmi zariadenie a orientácia na deti personál je OK všetko pospájané chodbami super vybavenie a atrakcie pre deti - trampolíny, preliezačky a veľa herní... v čase nášho pobytu (zač. mája) nefungovala klíma a na poschodí bolo v izbe 30 st C prebiehali rekonštrukčné práce aj pri wellness a dosť hlučne... relaxačná masáž a meter od okna vŕtačky a brúsenie...

Die extrem kinderorientierte Ausstattung und die Größe der Zimmer. Das Essen war sehr einfach nund nicht 4-Sterne standard. Obwohl international geführt und sehr auf deutschsprachiges Publikum ausgerichtet war das Essen typisch ungarischer Hotelstandard/Großküche, und der ist leider nicht wirklich gut. Obwohl wellness Hotel quasi kein frisches Obst, keine frischen Säfte, kein leckeres Brot oder Vollkorn.....ungarisch eben. Ist ok, sollte man aber wissen wenn man hinfährt als Nicht-Ungar.

Aardig hotel zeer kind vriendelijk en aardig personeel Als je de weg niet kent is de eetzaal onvindbaar, na 2 dagen gevonden via een weggetje dat ongeveer 15% naar boven gaat. Mooie kamer en goed aangepast toilet, Douce en wasbak. Mooie kamer met goede bedden.

Hotel, ubytovanie, personal a jedlo boli fantasticke. Hotel je predovsetkym urceny pre rodiny s detmi. Je tam obrovska vnutorna herna, bazen, detsky bazen, niekolko druhov saun-aj pre deti. Cely hotel je rozlahly a je poprepajany spojovacimi chodbami, po ktorych sa deti mozu premavat na odrazadlach. Vsetkym rodinkam tento hotel odporucam-nudit sa tam urcite nebudete;-)

The hotel is indeed family friendly. There are plenty of programs for kids (specially for little ones): pools, playgrounds, 2 playhouses, indoor climbing frame, pony riding etc. We also liked, that there is an "only adults"wellness area with swimming pool, a little pool with the thermal water from Heviz ( the most famous thermal water of Hungary) and sauna. The kindergarden teachers in playhouses were very nice and also the stuff at reception were extremely polite and helpfull. The food wasn't as good as usually in hotels in Hungary. Also the service in restaurant does need some improvement.

A hotel kialakítása, felszereltsége illetve a személyzet hozzáállása is a gyermekekkel való kellemes kikapcsolódóást szolgálta. Ezt még más helyen nem tapasztaltam. Nagyon kellemes volt ez a pár nap, amit ott töltöttünk. Ilyen nem volt.
