Hotel La Riva    

Clean with friendly staff and good breakfast. Plain and simple rooms with good prices. Great comfortable bed, bathroom super clean and elegant. Balcony nice, I will return again.

Room walls little bit thin and can get a bit noisy. Doors slam shut easy.

Breakfast was excellent, staff very nice. We had an evening meal there , it was very good. Nice balcony to sit on. The wellness centre looked lovely but I didn't use it

There were lots of bars closed, very quiet. But they said it gets very busy between June-August so be careful as you are amongst all the bars.

Excelent value for money. Great room, especially for families with children.

The location of the hotel is great! The room was good, excellent bed.

Bathrobes were not prepared for us, the same soap and shampoo. No rags in the corridor, at the morning you can hear how guests are going to reception.

They have a nice pizzeria / restaurant You have your own balcony.

Not all reception staff spoke English well, which is not ideal. In the shower, you do not have space to temporarily put your shower accessories. The air conditioning did not function well (it was too hot in the room) If the season hadn't been over, the hotel room at street side would have been very noisy. You needed to wear something on your arm to show you belonged to hotel Riva. As if it was an all-inclusive resort...... Wifi connection was rather weak most of the time. The room was not cleaned after the first night.

I can definately recommend the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were nice. One of the towels was dirty.. Actually never seen that before in my life at a hotel.. Probably an exception. The breakfast was very good, lots of fresh bread which you shouldnt take for granted when travelling in Hungary. Fresh vegetables, fruit and coffey was great! Even scrambled eggs and such on request (no extra charge). The hotel is situated by the beach. Parking behind the hotel was great. If I were to go there again I would ask for a room with a balcony facing the seeside.

Our room was facing the street which was very busy during the weekend and noisy :s Not a lot of sleep there.. There are small flies around the lake so you do want to use the aircondition and keep the windows closed, however the ac wasn´t working properly..

Wellness area is the best thing in hotel! Food and location are also good.

We don't have any complaints

The reception staff were really helpful. The wellness room was excellent, especially considering the hotel is 3*. I felt this part of the hotel wasn't advertised much at all, it was a nice surprise. We used it every night, the jacuzzi had a really nice view onto the lake. The hotel is also in an excellent location with good, secure parking should you need it. The food was very good in the pizza restataunt downstairs.

The only negative thing was the fact our hotel balcony faced ontp the street as opposed to lake, which was fine, however the arcade was open 24:7 on the other side. The boxing machine played 3 songs or so on repeat constantly which drove is a bit mad. Pinks 'so what I'm still a rockstar' is definitely not a favoured song of mine anymore. Despite this, it wasn't the hotels fault and beyond their control.

Location is excellent. The hotel is for sun seekers but not for business class tourists.

No soup in the shower and no hair dryer. The hotel is little bit out of date.

We spent a week there, in May, and we don't recommend it particularly for families. The air condition didn't work although the weather was very hot (you could heat the room but not cool it). Breakfasts were poor and monotonous. The room wasn't cleaned at all, they only changed the towels (sometimes unnecessarily) and threw out the rubbish. The staff speaks only a little English, so it was often difficult to get what we wanted. Moreover the owners of the hotel seemed unkind and unfriendly, which is very unusual for small hotels.

Excellent location near the lake, wellness.

The attitude of the staff - untrustfullness to guest loyality - e.g., when checking out I should go back to my room to bring the bathrobes to show that I haven't taken them with me.

Niezwykle pomocny oraz uprzejmy personel. Idealne położenie - pomiędzy plażą, a deptakiem.

Proszę wyposażyć pokoje w suszarkę do włosów.

1. Mila obsluga. 2. Swietna polozenie.

Csodálatos hotel, közvetlenek, üdvariasak és figyelmesek minden tekintetben, a kiszolgálás csillagos ötös! Recepció, konyha, pincérek a legjobb amit eddig tapasztaltam ! Reggeli bőséges, étterem ételei kiválóak. Csak ajánlani tudom Mindenkinek ! Biztos visszatérő vendégei leszünk a hotel-nak.

Niezły jakościowo hotel z położony przy samym Balatonie. Pokoje niewielkie, ale czyste. Mały balkon.

Uwaga na położenie przy deptaku. W sezonie może być bardzo głośno.

Przede wszystko lokalizacja przy samym balatonie, przy najlepszej plaży (choć item porze roku stan wody był za wysokie i nie było jeszcze piasku), Obsługa anglojezyczna, pomocna i uprzejma, śniadania smaczne, wifi szybko działające.

A Hotel elhelyezkedése kiváló. A Balaton közelsége és a panoráma nagyon szép. A személyzet nagyon udvarias, szolgálatkész. A reggeli kielégitő, vacsoraválaszték is bőséges.

A szobákból hiányoltam a szőnyeget, asztal és egy fotel is befért volna némelyik szobába.

Elhelyezkedés, komfort.

Reggeli elég szegényes.

Disponibiltà del personale e wellness nell'albergo.

A személyzet készséges volt, minden kérdésre haladéktalanul választ kaptunk. Segítőkészek voltak mindenben. A szobák egyszerűek, de ízlésesek. A reggeli pont megfelelő volt.

Ilyen nem volt, ha telt ház lett volna, talán a wellness részleg kicsinek bizonyulna...
