This stylish studio apartment with Wi-Fi & TV, is centrally located in a quiet building with a communal courtyard. You will enjoy a complete privacy in a living space with 3.7 meter/12 foot high ceilings and a decorative wooden mezzanine platform. The bedroom area under the mezzanine includes a king size bed and a queen size bed on the upper level. In the living room area there is a comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted TV, a dining table for 6 where you can eat, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The building has lots of character with an ambulatory/inward terrace. Although it is situated in the downtown area, the building itself is very quiet, the apartment is on the 1st floor. The windows of the flat are facing the inner yard. Fresh towels and linens will be provided as well as soap, shampoo, hair dryer and iron. I keep a variety of regular and herbal teas and coffee, along with sugar & sweetener. There is a grocery store (Spar) located within a five minute walk from the apartment. If you would like to cook, you can use any of the kitchen amenities (gas stove, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, electric kettle and fridge).

Before sending the access codes to the apartment I will need to collect personal data about each guest: name, date of birth, home address with postal code, and travelling document id. You can see, within a 5-10 minute walk, the Tower of New York Palace, House of Terror, Hunyadi Market Hall (a huge food market, where you can find every spice imaginable) and Szimpla Sunday Farmers' Market, which is absolutely worth visiting during the day for the fresh produce, and at night it turns into an outdoor bar with DJs, and live bands. The pub district is also a walking distance from the flat, where many restaurants and bars can be found. Please note that La Stella di Budapest is a private apartment in a non-commercial building, therefore loud parties and heavy drinking is NOT permitted in the flat.
