very close to inner city with very helpful and friendly staff

The location was great.Glad I read earlier how to find and enter property.Classic elevator out of the "old movies".Hotel clerks were great with advice on which baths and underground to use.Museums to see etc.Early wakeup and again staff very helpful.

The street construction made things difficult for taxi drivers.. pickup and drop off.No biggie just logistics problem.

stuff was very kindly.Metro was very near.

Staff were very friendly. The lady at the buffet was especially helpful to our group of six people and took good care of our breakfast needs. The kind of service where you just want to tip. And we did. The gentlemen at the front desk were also very helpful giving information and sharing guidebooks at the front desk. Everyone was very nice.

The hotel is located inside an older building and I am glad I read that it can be a little tricky to find. Coming in late at night made it somewhat difficult as well. I didn't see the elevator lift and we carried a lot of bags up a large flight of steps.

location really central, didn't have no problem finding entrance to hotel it was well signposted. Breakfast was sufficient, staff were very friendly.

Few extra amount taken when paid by credit card which not has been informed before payment. But it is ok.

Good location. Odd entrance - on second floor and off street but OK once sorted out. Low wattage bulbs made everything look a bit gloomy but OK and friendly for short trip.

I loved the location and the price. The hotel staff were really kind and accomodating. They were very helpful to me and answered all my questions. I would recommend it to anyone. Excellent stay in the heart of the city. Accessibility is good, not hard to find at all.

The location was excellent--within easy walking distance from the docking place of our cruise ship and close to many of the sights in Budapest.

The hotel is located in a very central position and very close to shopping areas, touristic places, restaurants and bars, however is very budget friendly as well. It is very clean and the breakfast is ok. They make you choose among the available rooms too.

comfortable, very clean, air conditioner, delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and above all almost the best location! Metro (underground) station just in front of the door of the hotel so even for those who can not walk long distances, it's a nice location.

it is located in the second floor of a large building. so upon arrival you may get confused. you need to give a code to enter the building (twice) so it might look a bit tricky but it's not a big deal and can even be fun!

Two of the reception staff were not very friendly and not very prepared to answer our questions. A more positive attituade would be more encouraging.

Ok room, basic breakfast but quite a good location.

When manager had seen that I was single traveller that had booked a double room; he asked me if I needed that second pair of sheets on the bed and went as far as removing them from the room. Quite strange.

There was no shampoo in the bathroom.

Fairly good sized room with slightly above average facilities. There's an oddly placed step, so watch out for that. The WiFi coverage from room 2 was excellent. The hotel is also right next to the metro station and very convenient for all the Budapest sights.

At €65, I'm expecting a much wider choice of breakfast than the usual cereal, bread, ham , cheese etc. I also do not expect to be greeted with a lecture about check-in time as I was quite happy to leave my things at the hotel lobby, nor do I expect a surly attitude for the rest of the day from the same reception guy.

Great location in a busy area, but very quiet in the hotel room. Bathroom facilities excellent.

Old tv and bad signal, but that's not really a big problem. A little overpriced.

No discount/benefit for previous stays (have stayed at Leo Panzio several times)
