Location: great zone, near Ruin pubs, Synagogue, ...
The entrance of the building is quite poor
Location is only 5 minutes from subway.
The reception and apartment are in different place so you have to walk about 10 minutes to the office.
The apartment was really well located. The accomodation was comfy and pretty cleaned but the room was quite tiny. So if you are lloking for something where you can have your intimity when you are a young couple maybe it is not what you need. But except that it was a really good choice.
Worst place to stay in Budapest! Before you come here, an email requesting time of your arrival would be sent to you. I responded that from 16:00 to 18:00 without ever getting any answer. Finally, when I came to the address stated on the reservation (Klauzal street 35) there was no one and I was left standing for three hours on the street. There are six numbers that Liechtenstein apartments send you in case you need something - I called these total 56 times over the three hours to get no response. I called Booking.com and finally the lady came - to my surprise, she was unbelievably rude, she did not even say "sorry" for letting me stand on the street. When I pointed out that I called numerous times, she just told me "phones do not work very good". I made it clear that I do not like her attitude and finally she just told me "sorry, my English not good", although before she had no problem speaking English. She also promised me that I could leave my baggage in a staff room on day of my leaving, but we waited for her for more than two hours - she did not show up of course. (BTW there is nothing like luggage storage in Liechtenstein ap. as stated on Booking.com). If you really want to enjoy Budapest, just book any other accomodation, this is a waste of money and nerves. It's hard to believe that a place for tourists can exist with staff like this.

Clean room, good bed, friendly personal, very close to center.
It's very hard to sleep there. Too noisy location and i heart everything from another rooms. No soup in bathroom, no cups.
Horrible place, I do not recommend it to anyone, it was dirty. The room was not ready, no towels, no hairdryer, no bed sheets, the wifi didn't work and so on ....
Good location, has a small kithcen where you can prepare breakfast etc. So good value for money
the only good thing was the location.it is in the heart of budapest.walking distance to great synogog, saint stephan basilica, the danube, vaci utca , andrassi utca and metro station.we were taken by susan from the airport for only 25 euros.she was kind and friendly.
the only good thing about the hotel is the location.the reception is in another building.there is not even a lobby at the hotel.the room was very small.we were two people but there was only one fork and no knifes.a dirty room with awfull sheets and pillows.please do not throw your money away.budapest is a very good city and there are a lot of nice hotels. but not this one.
Comfortable large room near the center of the city, quiet neighbours, cheap price
At the arrival day we were told to get to the office, where we've found we closed door and a list of phone numbers. After an hour of calls one of them answered and a girl finally arrived to meet us. We have requested room cleaning 3 times for 9 days and recieved it only once. The linen wasn't changed at all. We had only one fork in the kitchen for 2 persons. Also there was no soap in the bath-room. The towels were too old.
Really worth taking this apartment
Window do not have any street view
The location is good, close to downtown, to Deak Ferec Ter. The facilities are relatively Ok. Wifi is good.
Although we booked this apartment with the option of free cancellation and no pre-payment in booking.com, the whole price was charged before we arrived here, only because we asked the administration to send us a confirmation letter on reservation which we needed to submit to Consulate to get a visa. Maybe that was the reason why we were not properly received. Since I knew that we had a late flight, I emailed the administration beforehand about our late arrival. We arrived at midnight to the address( Klauzal street 35) according to the instructions given in their reply to my email. The address was completely different from the address given in booking.com . Unfortunately, there was nobody waiting for us. ( Later on, we discovered that it is office, not apartment itself). Understanding that nobody will come here, we tried to find the initial address given in booking.com. Thanks God , it was not far. We found Liechtenstein apartment sign, rang the door. In vain.We were standing almost 2 hours late at night after a long journey in a dark street alone( two women in unknown city). We desperately tried to call the phone number given in booking.com and to all phone numbers that we found on the office door. Nobody answered us. Only someone texted us 2 hours later, at 2 am. Thanks God, she came and gave us a key. That was an awful experience, frankly! The so called "hotel" administration needs to improve their attitude toward the clients. I would only say that at least they allowed us for late check-out and we could keep our luggages there.
Very close to the city center, just a 20 minutes walk away. Friendly staff that helped me find the parking lot and room. The room has big beds, our kid felt like a king in his bed. Wi-fi works great.
A lot of limescale on the shower cubicle and dust on the kitchen cabined, otherwise the room was clean. The kitchen appliances were cheap, for example the cooking plate was having a hard time boiling water for the pasta. There was no hair dryer in the room.
Great service mind
Way overshadowed by negatives!!
Stated Leichstein office hours are: 9am-8pm -4 pm no one at address, had to call long distance, they said they would be there in 3 minutes. Waited 1 hour. -person spoke very little English -no microwave, no coffee pot, no bowls, dishes grimy no hair dryer -shower leaks to drain at foot of toilet, wet all of the time -bathroom smells like sewer -Carpet stained a lot -tried to check out a few days early: ( had reservation for 5 days) -stopped by office at other address numerous times during stated office hours no one was there - called 7 different contact numbers twice from my USA mobile phone at a cost to me during their office hours. No answer -contacted booking.com they called the 7 different numbers with no answer. Stated they would contact apartments and see if I could check out early. 2 hours later booking.com called me & stated the apartment would charge me for all 5 days - 2nd day moved out of disgusting hotel, to a clean place -4th day stopped by apt office again to pay in cash. A person was there and spoke English! Stated they had charged my credit card for the 5 days. They stated they didn't like being threatened by booking.com that I might leave a bad evaluation if they didn't let me check out early! Oh she gave me back 50 euro. Happy travels!
The wi-fi works perfectly. Cannot fault them on this. And if got transferred last minute to another apartment which was by the parliament , a nice location.
However, I thought they provide the housekeeping on a daily basis, that's why there is the card to hang on the door. The four nights I was there, I didn't receive any. I had an incident , some water came in the room from the shower and I asked the cleaner if she could mop it. I was asked to put a towel there. Which I did. But when I came back in the evening, the towel was still there with water in the room. I had to move the bed and dry the floor myself. Which leaves me with only one towel to use. And the smell of damp. The next day I left the card again for the room to be cleaned but nothing. Instead, outside the room there is a bin bag which is giving quite an unpleasant smell. And a mop bucket etc. They didn't seem to be caring about the people passing by with a very bad smelling bin bag. . The remote control for the tv is not working. The radiators do not work. Which I was planning to switch on to get rod of the damp smell. Or even the AC , one will need a ladder to plug it in. Unless they are giants. Very disappointed.
This place was close to all major points of interest in the city and there was a 24/7 store within 10 meters
Despite the fact that we arrived on a Saturday (and they confirmed this is OK) he had to wait 15 minutes until somebody came to register us. The lady was unfriendly and uncooperative. The room was not cleaned when they showed it to us and we had to wait outside (arrival time 4 PM) and the photos on the website have nothing to do with the real rooms. There was an empty box of shoes bought from the previous occupant and it was full of shells of pistachios which was not cleaned by housekeeping. There was not a single piece of towel despite the bathrom sign "Please respect the environment: towel on the floor means....." This was a horrible stay, we used every single time to stay away from that room. Reception girl forgot to provide us with breakfast vouchers and we fixed a meeting next day when she promised she'll be day from 9 AM to 1 PM. We were at their office at 10 AM and there was nobody! Her phone was switched off, we text-message her but they and her colleague never even replied to say sorry. NEVER STAY THERE, YOU WILL BE SORRY! There are so many places with similar prices and location but with much higher quality of service.
The location was fantastic, easily walkable to all of the nightlife.
Poor check-in procedure (nobody there to meet us despite our arrival time agreed in advance).
..cosy..private..excellent location..parking space
Shower didn't work. The TV had no sound.
Very good price! Hot water! Near the center of the town!
They are not organized, they gave us another room, smaller and older than the one that we were supposed to have. We almost lost our flight because they didnot call us a cab as promised.
The room had no window, everything was full of stains, pubic hair in the bed, shower was not working and the furniture in general was in a bad condition. Never ever again, disgusting place.
Just received the credit card charges Euro 50 which is the unknow charges. We stay from 23/Mar to 25/Mar, and the charged date is 7/Mar. We are very angry with this unknow charges.
they left us alone, simple procedures, no fuss, no bureaucracy, we had a happy stay.
some broken stuff which didn't get fixed, on the one day we asked them to clean the room they didn'tc they also need to fix doorbell on their own office.
