Good facilities and serviceminded staff. A small but good spa area with pool, spa and sauna. In a quiet area. The breakfast buffet was ok not great. Was not always refilled. |

Very nice hotel, staff where very pleasant and helpful, though it is a little out of the city centre it is very handy for public transport into the centre. The breakfast would be a little on the continental side for those from the UK. |

The Hotel is very nice. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice. The only complaint is that the spa is closing at 8 pm. A nice tip in the pool after a long day in Budapest would be great... |

Hotel was clean and rooms were very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's on the border of red light district so families may get a shock when walking back late at night. The hotel was a little far from the nice part of Budapest which is a £15 taxi journey away. |

Too mainstream to be really boutique, but still very pleasantly designed, with upper-end facilities in an excellent location. I parked, easily and free, on street, though the stay was on a national holiday, so this may not be representative. The aircon was efficient and quiet, the spa area pleasant, and the possibility of breakfast in the garden very nice. |

Clean hotel, nice pool, nice breakfast, freindly staff, Located nice to big park which has a lot going on, good hotel for family as the park, the pool all help. We were expecting to be closer to downtown, not walking distance, and kind of Seedy area to walk by on your way downtown. Fact that pool closes at 8 pm was a drag, cause after a long hot day touring the town, a nice dip in the pool would have topped it off. |

the hotel was clean and new, the staff were very friendly and helpful and overal a ver nice experience the swimming pool was cold, the temp was well below the stated 28 degree temp. the staff or litrature did not explain very well how to catch the bus into town or what tickets were needed, and we didnt find out until the last day that the hotel sold the bus tickets at reception. |

The spa facilities were quite good, location of the hotel was good for sightseeing - close access to public transport etc. The staff were not particularly forthcoming, particularly during breakfast when food and coffee kept running out. |
