The staff made us very welcome and was very helpful. Champagne was a great idea. Also the location is very convenient. Sometimes the internet connection was not working too well (ok on the balcony but not okay in the room). |

Excellent location, spacious apartment, well-equipped kitchen. The view from the window is somewhat depressing. It looks like the apartment house was the only one that survived heavy bombing. The apartment itself could be a bit cleaner. Cleaning tools that were provided appeared so dirty that using them would be counter-productive. |

Apartment was big and new for the price. They offered me a Milka chocolate bar when I checked in. Check in was not on the address specified in booking details. I was forwarded to another office at the same street. |

When they were in the office, the reception staff were excellent and very responsive to our laundry and toilet paper needs as well as fixing the latch on the outside window and getting a bulb for the kitchen. It was so nice to have the elevator available. View over the alley was fascinating. Kitchen utensils were a bit scanty but adequate. |

The hotel is conveniently located. The rate is acceptable The oven was dirty and emitted bad odor. No service was given to correct the problem, despite lodging of verbal complaint to staff. Thus could not use it. Towels were not enough. Washing machine did not work. |

Easy access to transport and sightseeing. Trams buses and Metro on the door step. Shower was not fixed properly and hair dryer was missing but these items were quickly dealt with. However we never did find out how to start up the cooker. In the end decided it was too much hassle and ate out. But we did not on this occasion ask for assistance. |

the girl on the reception on the first day we arrived was soo nice and helped us out in many ways! but the other reception workers were passive and didn't even say "hi" when we came in... we dropped our laundry off but they didn't wash it even though they had 24h time to do it! |

The location is great, close to train stations and everything we needed. We felt as if it was a party flat, everything was abit sticky and somethings abit dirty. And we did have a pram so it was hard to get the pram up the stairs to get to the flat every day. |

the location was just great. We were there for 7 days and we specially booked this apartment because of the wifi, but it was not posible to connect anywhere in the building. We told the staff, but nothing was done about it. Few things was missing in the kitchen, but nothing very important. |

The ease of access to all parts of the city. People watching from the balcony. Being able to buy local food and try it in the comfort of the apartment. |

Having an even small apartment at your own disposal you can feel like home......... There were not enough bathroom amenities........... And the view was quite ugly................... |

Goodness. Being trusted and left to ourselves. A lovely quiet neighbourhood. The restaurant which you recommended-excellent. The split level sleeping arrangements- somewhat intimidating at night for people of our age group. |

First of all Locust Tree Apartments are in perfect place, just in the city center. You can reach most places (tourist attraction, cafes, bars) by walking. Public transportation is very close too. The decoration is modern and facilities are good. You have your own kitchen. If there was an iron, that would be better. |

These apartments are modern and clean. Very convenient for the tram and metro. I booked this apartment as a two bedroom (for 3) and requested two singles and one double. The apartment had one double bedroom and a study with fold out couch - which was rock hard. It definitely would not have been a double even though it was sold as such. I did ask for a mattress to put on top of the couch but it turned out to be equally as hard! The cooking utensils were pretty basic |
