super ok comfortul si curatenia din apartament. locatia - pe o strada destul de murdara si galagioasa; daca voiai sa te odihnesti inainte de miezul noptii, aveai putine sanse din cauza galagiei ...mi-a lasat impresia ca sunt intr-un camin studentesc |

Desi am ajuns la o ora destul de tarzie , am fost primiti cu multa amabilitate si ni s-a repartizat un duplex foarte spatios si elegant desi rezervarea fusese facuta pt. o garsoniera cu 2 paturi . Pretul a ramas acelasi. |

Am stat doar o noapte fiind in trazit prin Budapesta. Venind din Austria si facand rezervarea de pe laptop din masina nu am fost atent sa folosesc coordonatele date de d-voastra in mail si am pus pe gps prima strada cu denumirea data de d-voastra si am ajuns (incercati si d-voastra si o sa vedeti). Nu am mai multe comentarii de facut M-ai "deparazitati" putin zona din fata hotelului. |

Apartamentul este spatios, confortabil, relativ aproape de obiectivele turistice, daca nu ai probleme cu mersul pe jos. O mai mare atentie dată curateniei, instalarea aparatelor de aer conditionat si terminarea lucrarilor de santier din vecinatate. |

Mi-a placut faptul ca apartamentul a fost spatios, a dispus de conexiune la internet si era aproape de metrou. Personalul ar trebui nu doar sa puna un text cu instructiuni in mana clientului, ci sa ofere niste minime indicatii practice. |

amplasarea este buna , in zona linistita .Apartamentele sunt noi , curate , spatioase , utilate. prezentarea parcarii si a tarifelor pt parcare in oferta apartamentelor precum si a altor solutii pt cei ce vin cu masinile; prezentarea problemei ca daca se doreste inchirierea a min 2 apartamente,acestea nu sunt la acelasi etaj. |

Atmosfera foarte placuta, marimea apartamentului (trei camere, doua bai, terasa, dotarile (aragaz electric, frigider, televizor LCD 81 cm, toaster, cuptor cu microunde, doua filtre (cafea + ceai), vesela si tacamuri), lenjeria impecabila, caldura, lifturile supersilentioase, parcarea la subsol cu foarte multe locuri. Excelent! Recomand din toata inima! Aer conditionat pentru perioada de vara. Programe TV si in alta limba decat maghiara (BBC, Euronews s.a.) |

Very central location/ Saved a lot of time. Actually on the arrival we were resettled to Nova Apartments and if you are not young students I would really recommend to choose Nova. Locust Tree looked dirtier (we saw only the main hall and the office) and the nice garden depicted in all the ads is only part of the full picture as the photographer kindly escaped the remains of a construction site and some dust bins. The people inside were yong and noisy. We got a flat with a bedroom, a bathroom and a sitting room with a small kitchen. IKEA furniture, quite clean. There was a washing machine but I did not use it. Shops and everything is nearby. Street noise was present but tolerable except for one guy who started his bike at 6-30 each morning. The dishwasher was not available and the stove was broken (there was a small electric appliance provided instead). The Wi-Fi worked poorly but the staff provided us a free mobile device. The pillows and blankets are very thin and inconvenient. Cleaning is provided only once a week so actually we did not have any cleaning but it was OK for us. |

Staff hospitality (warm welcome, really attentive to my requests), Cleanliness of the apart. Well-equipped kitchen. Free laundry. Free wireless internet access. Central location. Absolutely great value for money. |

Apartment was for 1-3 people, but it was very spacious. It was modern, new and very clean. Facilities were excellent. Excellent value for money. The bed was a little uncomfortable. |

Excellent facilities, apartment was very clean and well maintained. Staff communication prior to arrival was outstanding. Once we arrived at the hotel the staff made sure we were happy with the apartment and answered any questions we had and the location was excellent for amenities and transport links. |

the staff were exceptional. both jodi and roland who were in the office separate days were polite, helpful and cheerful. would definitely recommend this accommodation to other travelers. good clean apts with nice furniture, comfy beds and free coffee! no negatives in my opinion. perhaps a later checkout!!! |

First of all, I want to express my special gratitude to the staff of the aparthotel as they gave us a warm welcome and were really attentive to our requests. Besides, to my mind, the location of the hotel is perfect if you want to get acquainted with the city as it is situated in the central part of Budapest and you can get on foot to many interesting places of the Hungarian capital. Though the underground station is also very close to the hotel. There are a lot of shops and cafes/restaurants in the vicinity. My friends and I were satisfied with our stay there. |

It was really convenient for getting around on public transport or just walking, the staff were friendly and helpful and the apartment looked really nice on arriving through the front door and was spacious, clean and tidy. The curtains could do with being thicker or maybe just some extra blinds on the windows for privacy as at night when you put the lights on, people in the building opposite were able to see in due to the curtains being quite thin. |

Spacious, tidy, inexpensive, very comfortable and suitable for a range of group sizes up to 6 in an apartment. Whilst recognising that the Locust Tree Apartments were extremely good value for money, there were a number of maintenance and service oddities which need to be taken into consideration and tolerated; despite raising it with staff there was no obvious solution to no plug for the kitchen sink, the automatic dishwasher had no connections to electricity or water supply physically present, and the shower head did not fit correctly and had to be "balanced" to have a shower. |

The staff made us very welcome and was very helpful. Champagne was a great idea. Also the location is very convenient. Sometimes the internet connection was not working too well (ok on the balcony but not okay in the room). |
