Bell boys did not bring our baggages, only said "Hello" and "Bye". The omelet of the breakfast that I had eaten at this hotel was the lowest omelet in eating. (However, that might not have been an omelet. ) |

We just stayed one night, so I can refer to this place only as a hotel experience and not as a spa. The staff was super nice - one of the best I have experienced so far -, the breakfast was good, but the hotel is nothing special otherwise. I would give it a 3/4star rating rather than a 5 star based on my 5star worldwide experiences. The hotel room was too warm at night and the air conditioning doesn't work properly, even if I set the temperature to 15 degrees Celsius, and to full fan speed it was the same temperature as before, except the vent was very loud. Poor choice of TV channels (only CNN in English), no internet access. |

the facilities were good,the hotel is a bit tired and not 5 star,a good floor show. the air conditioning was poor,the treatments were fully booked. |

Das Badezimmer war nicht immer sauber geputzt, die vorhänge hatten Blutflecken Saunabereich könnte etwas mehr bitten zB.: leise musik, mehr Liege, villeicht auch Liegeflächen wie im Ruheraum. |

Die Sportlichen und SPA Angebote sind nicht überfüllt Das Zimmer war etwas zu klein und die Lüftungsanlae im Aussenbereich war störend. zumindest in unserem Zimmer 280 |

le luxe discret et le confort de cet hotel procure un repos agréable . L'imense parc permet de s'isoler même quand l'hôtel est plein. Suffisamment d'équipements sont à disposition et donne cette sensation de ne pas devoir "se battre" pour trouver chaise longue, table, place dans les bains chauds etc.... J'aurai apprécié plus de soin à faire la chambre, propre mais sans finition. A la décharge de l'hotel il était plein. Compte bien retourner hors saison ! |

スパ施設は素晴らしかったです。ゆっくりと寛ぐ事ができました。サウナが小さいとの評価もありましたが、違- うタイプのサウナが４室あり楽しめました。ホテルスタッフの対応も満足できるものでした。朝食も評価通りで- 美味しかったです。 ホテルに対する不満というよりも、予約会社の情報提供の仕方に不満を感じます。ホテルランクの五つ星という- のは、どの様な評価基準で出されたものなのでしょうか。宿泊費(2名1泊約￥26000)からすれば部屋が- 狭い事は納得出来ます。ですが、部屋にほとんどのアメニュティーがないのはどういう事でしょうか？バスルー- ムには、シャワーキャップと爪やすりとコットン・綿棒のみ。液体石鹸がセットされているだけで、化粧水やカ- ミソリ、シャンプーさえもありませんでした。おまけにバスタブもなし。まさか歯ブラシやシャンプーがない五- つ星ホテルがあるなんて思いませんから、持参しなかったのでとても不快でした。(日本の様に売店で売ってま- せんし)まず五つ星の定義を記載して下さい。その上で、たとえ五つ星でもこの様な事があるのなら、詳細はホ- テルに確認下さいとか注意書きをして下さい。 |

Das Zimmer mit Himmelbett war sehr schön, auch der Wellnessbereich und die Sauna haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. |
