O motivo de minha viagem foi um congresso internacional, então não tive tempo de permanecer no hotel para desfrutar das instalações e serviços e poder avaliá-los, mas gostei muito da culinária. Dificuldade de comunicação no restaurante; calor excessivo nos ambientes, principalmente no quarto |

Value for money and in a quiet location. The list of facilities and the breakfast and half board (lunch or dinner) included made this great value. |

it was good for relaxing and for doing sports(bike, tennis, running etc...) . for women,it is good spa ,beauty-treatment and massage the bilding is old,,,,and pool is small to swim |

Friendly staff - good sized rooms, very quiet location, out of town, so cooler, easy bus link to Sopron (bus stops right at hotel) and food surprisingly excellent. Weather was hot & humid - windows have fly screens so can stay open all the time (no noise, save for the wind in the trees). No a/c, but a fan in the room would have been a blessing. |

Its location in a green forest and the lounge chairs on the grass. Meals outside on the terrace. Helpful staff. The room was hot; the management should consider adding fans to the rooms. The room could have been cleaned and vacuumed more thoroughly by the staff each day. |

The food (both breakfast and dinner) was excellent,especially the variety available.Also the staff was friendly and quite fast to remove used dishes. Minor things,but still important such as:The non running interval at the Spa is too long.A few minutes should do.Towels supplied in the Spa area are too small.There could also be a tissue box in the room. |

Me and my wife profited from comfort, pleasant restaurant and fine humanic architecture and design of rooms, wifi-facilities and finally your swimming pool with jacuzzi, sauna and relaxing possibilities. Of course, the staff was really pleasant and ready to help in each case. You can help to improve the touristic marks in wonderful walking roads in the hotel neighbourhood. |

Excellent price/quality ratio. This is a good hotel "eastern Europe" style. Rooms are a little bit old fashioned but clean and nice. No air conditioning but large windows and balcony: you can breathe fresh air if you like!! Breakfast is good. Wi-Fi internet connction is almost more expensive than room rate, unbelievable! |

The surrounding forest, the outside. Good breakfast and dinner, the number of choices of foods. The pool, the sauna and the ping-pong table. And the helpful and friendly staff. They like hoovering even in late evening at 8... so cleanliness is excellent. :-) Central heating without ability of control. Or just we could not find the controller? |

Super Lage etwas am Stadtrand gelegen und doch sehr Zentral. Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Beautibereich und Massage empfehlenswert !! Die Optik und Innenausstattung ( gesamtes Haus ) verbesserungswürdig ! der schwimmbereich und saunabereich ist für die hotelgrösse zu klein !! Ebenso fehlt ein Ruhebereich. |

Es hat alles gepaßt, Essen spitze und ausreichend, vielfälltig. Zimmer sauber. Viele gute Möglichkeiten auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Es gab ganz nettes Personal und einige Angestellte waren etwas reserviert, der Schimmel in der Duschecke ist abschreckend. |

Byli jsme hodně spokojení, klidné místo. Pokud nechcete není potřeba hotel opouštět, sauna, bazen, fitko na prodloužený víkend dostačující. Služby výborné a jídlo taktéž. |

An ruhiger Lage ausserhalb der Stadt, aber einfach mit Zug und Bus zu erreichen. Angebot und Qualität der Speisen war angemessen für 4* Hotel. Sauna ist etwas klein für ein Hotel von dieser Grösse |
